Zep a di do da!
Iâve purchased many zip products in the past and their pet stain and odor lifter has performed well and lives up to their quality. Itâs easy to use and Iâve noticed it works well on urine smells and other stains. I must say that I have seen other products that work a little better but as an old reliable, this is great as my standby and my go to.

Great stuff!
This stuff is great. I use it for very hard to clean stains on carpet such as dirt, dark colored drink spills and pet urine. It became very hard to find during the pandemic, but so happy Zep is still making this product. It literally makes stains disappear into thin air without discoloring your carpet. And the smell is minimal. As long as you spray in an area with good air circulation it dries very fast too. Worth every penny.

The best thing to remove stains
I have 4 dogs and this has been a lofe saver for removing stains on my rugs. Pair it was a wet vac like Bissell for maximum cleaning.

Works very well!
We’re housebreaking a new puppy, and he has his share of accidents. We were using the super expensive stuff – stainmaster, I think, but the cost was getting out of hand. So we tried the Zep, as I knew the brand from my youth in Cleveland – they had 55 gallon drums of Zep cleaning chemicals around where I was.Anyway, I gave it a shot and I’m pleased to say it works! One tip – don’t scrub! Just soak the spot, wait 5 minutes, and then blot up the liquid. Also, blot up as much as you can before using the Zep. We have a German Shepherd pup, and he can really unleash the fury from his ‘down there’. We get as much as we can off the rug first, leaving as little as possible for final clean up.Anyway, I hope this works for you too.

You are still going to steam clean
This product does work in the beginning and then you will notice that stain returning after time passes. It is good for emergency stain and odor remover. Honestly, the odor does not return, just a faint stain. I’m going to steam clean the whole room and hope that will be the end of the phantom stain mark.
