I have used this cleaner in my business for three years. It has yet to fail me. The price is a great value. It smells nice and not harsh. It dries shiny and great quality. It is ph balanced for all types of floors. Just donât use more cleaner in the water as it can dry sticky.

Depending on the level of cleaning (light, medium or really dirty) you only need 1-5 oz per GALLON of water. At under $10 for a gallon of ZEP, that means you can get between 12.8 and 64 GALLONS of floor cleaner, depending on the level of cleaning you need.64oz of the well- known other brand gets you 64 OUNCES. Period. Even if you buy the concentrate, the ratio is 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water, so 1oz of the other brand’s concentrate yields 3 OUNCES of cleaner, vs a minimum of 12.8 GALLONS of ZEP.My luxury vinyl planking looked GREAT. I have to say I noticed the difference immediately. I was going to compliment my cleaning person in doing such a great job on the floors, in fact, until I realized it was the first time she was using the ZEP instead of BONA.Now, the bad news. The main ingredient in ZEP is ethylbenzene which is known to cause cancer. The caution on the label is downright scary. But, the other brand has a list of ingredients that can cause cancer, too. You can find that list on EWG.org if you’re interested. I don’t think I’m allowed to mention the other brand. But, it’s 4 letters & begins with B.
