Buy the longer one if you can…
I use this one quite often. At the beginning of breaking it in you might have to tighten the screws on each end ever so often so it doesn’t come lose on you while doing a set. Once you break it end you really don’t have to tighten too much. The feel is very comfortable on these. Obviously I used it quite often so I see a little bit of fraying. That is something you can’t avoid but as long as it last me a good amount of time that reflects my money’s worth I am happy. I recommend it!

If the size right, it does the job. I have zero concerns about the durability because it has been fine. Just make sure the length is the right one for you because you may prefer longer ones but this one matches the one that came with a cable pull machine I bought

Sturdy and universal!
I was looking to use with my weight bench since it only brought the bar. This has been perfect since it can be universally connected to any machine that has a place to connect it. It has a good grip but I would still recognize using workout gloves to have a better grip. It is sturdy and, if used correctly, your arms will feel it.
