I’m in love + mop tips
Edit: figured out how to make the mop function 10x better. Simply spray a solution of vinegar and water on the area you want to mop, and then use the robot in that area. Open some windows as you don’t want to be breathing in too much of the vinegar fumes. But the grime and dirt will come off much more easily when you do thisThis little vacuum is awesome. It has some downsides but overall it’s one of my favorite purchases. I also had an issue with my device after a few months, and customer service was amazing in resolving the problem!I’ll start with the cons- Especially when you first use it, it will say that its brush is tangled, especially if you have long hair like me (probably not an issue with pet hair or really short hair)- Mopping functionality is way weaker than the sweeping. It just takes a really long time and many passes to get it. What I dont get is why these robo vacs don’t use steam. If they did, this would work 10x better. but with regular (even hot) water, it takes forever.-It generally talks a lot. it’s kind of endearing sometimes but it talks unnecessarily, e.g. “I’m starting to clean.” “I am being relocated” “I am suspended” – like, I know, it’s pretty obvious. On the flip side, it is nice to know exactly what the problem is, but usually it’s pretty obvious (brushes are tangled, it’s stuck in a corner, etc)- if you have a mix of carpet and wood/tile – it will mop everything. I think this is a problem with all robo mops, but not sure. You can create barriers however to prevent it from mopping what you don’t want (just put down something heavy)pros- vacuums really, really well. Better than the other robo vac I got which was just a dedicated vacuum, no mop-it looks nice and feel well made- is pretty good at figuring out how to maneuver situations. you have to pull up the odd wire here and there, but I trust it to go around my house and do its thing without needing to babysit. for the mopping, i put a box in front of the door so that it cant exit the kitchen. you can also put weights strategically to box it in.- it makes me want to clean more to kind of help it out. and especially when my floors are clean, i want to clean up other stuff. my place has never looked better, which is a great feeling, especially during quarantine- it’s very quiet. sometimes i dont even know where it is because it’s moving so quietly- it has a large dustbin- my house has never been cleaner!Overall, I love it. I cant believe i went so long without it. even though the mopping isn’t as good as a steam mop, it’s better than nothing. Plus it vacuums so well that you don’t need to do as much mopping as you might have otherwise (sometimes what you think is stuff you need to mop is just stuff that needs to be vacuumed). My floors feel amazing. I love this thing!!

Best Ever! Three Animals Too! Three friends purchased yesterday due to my experience
I received Yeedi K700 yesterday morning. She came with a lot of charge which allowed me to test her out immediately. I was so excited because I have read reviews for YEARS and never purchased. My floors never seem to stay clean because we are such a busy family and I can not stand dirty floors. We have three animals. A Mastiff, Himalayan, and Persian. We have hair! I vacuumed all flooring before putting her to the test. I have a Kirby vacuum and Yeedi has a stronger suction. I woke up yesterday inspired to organize my whole house because Yeedi will with along side me! She is amazing. I canât say enough good things about her.I have fringe on the bottom of my couch. I thought she got stuck in it, but NO. She paused for a minute as if she was thinking what to do then suddenly came out of it. Another time she got in a corner and I thought she was getting stuck. Her motor went quiet for half a second. I thought Oh, no! She broke. But within a second she suddenly figured it out and went on her way.I love that she comes preprogrammed to work in a pattern the same as if I was going to vacuum or mop.I have a 3500 sq ft house with carpet, tile and wood and several throw rugs. Yesterday, the first dayâ- Although I had vacuumed prior I dumped the bin 3 times.Today she has finished the whole house and I have not dumped once. I believe she ran for nearly two hours before telling me she was going back to charge.I do not know if there is an alert when needing to be dumped. Yesterday I didnât give her a chance. I did not want to over load her – by chance.Yesterday, after she vacuumed the house I exchanged the insert to mopping. She mopped my kitchen floor. There is not much water that comes out which I see as a plus. Iâve read other reviews for other brands that say there is streaking and too much water comes outâ slip hazard. It seems she mops and dries a bit at the same time.The area in the picture that has hardwood next to carpet I could not figure out how to keep her off the carpet while moping. So I put her empty box in the walkway (as pictured) and it did the trick. She mopped the kitchen seamlessly!I let her go over one of my rugs in the kitchen on the mop setting. The rug was not wet!! I assume water does not come out while going over a rug. I only did a test and did not want to possibly damage her so I removed my throw rugs while mopping.The only con that is likely not a con to others is that she does not fit under the lip of my kitchen cabinets. I believe this is the home builders fault. From the lip to the floor is just a bit less than 3â. If it were 3â she would fit like she did under my armoire in the video attached. I do not see this as being an issue because she has little sweepers that extend a little & move in a circular motion as she moves. It seems if working her every day those areas will be covered.I paused and picked her up to move her to different areas in my house. Of course she can not locate her docking station when paused and moved but she will go back to the exact spot where you restart her.Bottom line: I have never owned one before and really considered the Roomba but after reading the reviews and the price point I couldnât pass it up.There is no WiFi or Alexa connection which I love those features and use Alexa a lot! BUT do not see them necessary for this product. It seems this company exchanged those type of features for better quality where it counts!!!I was not paid to write this review or given a free product. I paid for the product. They had a coupon of $80 so that was a bonus for anyone on AmazonI have raved to my friends and family about this product. Three people ordered this robot yesterday due to my experience. Everyone needs one!!

The robot keeps up it’s promise to do both task efficiently – sweeping and mopping. The highlight of the mopping operation is the oscillating motion rather than just dragging a wet cloth along the floor. IT ACTUALLY SCRUBS OUT LIGHT STAINS!! Of course, it’s NOT A REPLACEMENT of manually cleaning everything but saves me A LOT OF PRODUCTIVE TIME by automatically cleaning it every other day. All the features marketed with this product actually work, no GIMMICK. Here are the brief steps which I followed for this product to be a success at my home:1) Leave heavy furniture or stuff which isn’t moved around a lot at their original place when it’s mapping out your home for the first time.2) Remove cords, or loose items from the floor so that the robot comes across the least obstacles.3) I usually remove the small carpets, bath mats, dustbins etc. from the floor when it’s supposed to start the scheduled cleaning. No joy here watching the little baby nudge against everything to determine the best way around.4) It can move around light obstacles like empty boxes by pushing them, so leaving them under the bed is still okay.5) It can sense carpet material. So, when it sweeps it goes through them but when it’s mopping, it turns around by itself and covers just the part around the carpet. Avoiding it from getting moist unnecessarily.4) From the layout I have at my home, it roughly takes 1 minute per meter square to sweep and mop. Just sweeping takes approximately the same time since it travels the same distance. This is, with the least number of obstructions on the floor as highlighted in the above pointers.6) I usually empty the bin and replace the water after every 2 cleaning cycles. But those numbers are for a cleaning area of 41 meter square.7) I make sure I clean all the brushes, mopping pad, bin and the water reservoir once every month to ensure the longevity of the product.BONUS: I just add around 30-40 ml of floor cleaner along with water (to dilute) as a cleaning solution to the water reservoir. It’s not recommended by the manufacturers but I like my mopping to be done with some sort of cleaner. Till date, I have had no issues but a clean house, smelling fresh ;)A 5/5 for me.

Fonctionne super bien. Je conseille de vraiment tout enlever même les chaises de cuisine pour faire la carte. Quelques fois, elle arrête en plein milieu pour réfléchir à ce qu’elle fait, mais sinon fait très bien le travail. Très silencieuse aussi j’ai aucune problème à la partir tôt le matin. La moppe, n’est pas extraordinaire, mais fonctionne mieux que juste un pad qui ne bouge pas. Elle perd de temps en temps de vu sa base et demande à la ramener nous même. Mais en général je suis très sastisfait.

Pros:- does mopping and vacuuming- great on pet furCons:- doesn’t come with stand and you need to empty daily (I only have 1 cat and 1 dog and still need to empty daily)-> hard to source consumables like mop cloths/filters in Australia-> obstacle avoidance isn’t any better than on previous models. This will still try to suck up charging cords and get caught on any cords/wires/shoe laces etc. So floor needs to be empty.-> will try to fall down stairs but learns after falling-> app is kind of terrible took 4 goes of mapping my house and uninstalling and reinstalling app before it would funtion without freezingAt the end of the day, it is one of the few in this price range that does both moping and vacuuming and works on pet hair but doesn’t seem better than older model.
