Quiet mode is not quiet enough
Gets stuck too easily.In my daughter’s room, she has a lot of stuff on the floor and it’s hard to program the map to avoid itAlso gets trapped in the sliding door track.So it doesn’t complete the whole cycle of you leave it to clean the house with no one home.Also, quiet mode is not quiet enough at night.But the high traffic areas otherwise clean up well like the kitchen and breakfast nook.The auto cleaning feature is better than our old robot vacuum.

Took a chance, VERY HAPPY I DID!!
I took a chance on this one even though I havenât heard much about it, one of my colleagues told me about this brand and said it was better than the competing brands that are out there. Some of the other brands that I saw out there cost almost twice as much as this one.I really like how it has both the robot vacuum plus a handheld, AND it also has the automatic disposable compartment.Open opening the product my first impressions were 10/10. It was very securely packed, the instructions were very clear, and it didnât have all the unnecessary advertisements.When I open the robot vacuum, the heaviness made me feel like I got something that was quality over quantity. Open use of the robot, maybe Iâm just out of the loop on robot vacuums these days, but this one kicked butt! I have both hardwood floors and carpet, and it seemed to be able to handle both without any issues!I downloaded the app, but I havenât really explored a whole lot into the app, but it seems like you can map out your entire floor that you will be cleaning. And from the reviews of the app, it seems that people generally like the app as well so it makes me feel comfortable with this brand.I havenât tried the handheld vacuum just yet, but I did want to turn it on just to make sure the suction power was there, and it seemed to work quite well. (Definitely not as powerful as some of the other vacuums out there, but it will do for small clean ups.)I am pleased with this vacuum overall. I think it would easily compete with a lot of the other combo vacuums that are out there, especially when the cost is much less.

I like it, but it’s confusing
I like this for the most part…. it took me forever to get the app working properly on my phone. It downloaded no problem but getting connected to the internet and the whole set up was not easy. It was not as simple as it seemed and I had to re do it multiple times before it finally connected properly. There is still one part of the vacuum cleaner that I am unsure about how it works. The robot works pretty well but it’s very sensitive and things will get stuck in it and It will stop working. The small filter part of the push vacuum cleaner is for very small areas because it does not hold much at all and I have to continue stopping to dump it out… I’m still trying to figure it out and hopefully it will become easier with time. The battery life is long enough to vacuum my house before it dies.
