    Inefficient and dumb
This is not a smart vacuum. It’s not even an average vacuum. This is far and away the dumbest vacuum. The battery life is terrible, not lasting more than an hour. Which would be sufficient time, if the vacuum did any cleaning efficiently. Instead it requires constant babysitting so it doesn’t get stuck somewhere or wander off to a random room. The only modes it has are ‘edges’, spot clean, and ‘random’, and random is the most useless programming I’ve ever seen. The vacuum can run in a single room for an hour and still miss parts of it. I paid a lot more than it is currently listed for, and still would not pay this much for it. I REGRET THIS PURCHASE IMMENSELY. Waste of money and time

    Great little vacuum
Great robot vacuum that is comparable to other well known brand. The item came quicker than i expected. I love that it has mop; this is the main attraction for me. The vacuum is pretty strong and the container is big enough for my 800 sq ft apartment. Last quite long. Wifi capability helps when I’m away from home and need some vacuuming around the house

    Save Your Money
The vacuum has good suction, but besides that it is a pretty poor robot vacuum. It gets stuck at least once or twice every session, it just randomly moves about and misses dirt in key areas, and the battery will barely last an hour (sometimes less).I would not recommend.

It cleans well and a good value.
I bought this vacuum 2 months ago now and I was surprised at first at how well it actually vacuumed. I let this machine run almost every day. The battery lasts about 60 to 70 minutes, and in that time period it picks up dirt, dust, hair …, etc. (Photos from today / 60 minutes run) Again, it works well as a vacuum. The downstairs is mostly hardwood and tile, but we also have our share of area rugs, and it cleans them well. Its sweeping patterns are very random and at first this does get annoying, because you are thinking this can’t be doing a good job. But, if you run it every day like I do it doesn’t matter, it will eventually clean the whole area. When it is done after 70 minutes, the tray will have dirt in it and it needs to be emptied and the filter cleaned, which takes seconds. The tray is not large, but it doesn’t need to be, because if you run it often, there is not that much left for it to pick up anyway. This might not be the case if you have animals. The floors in my house have never been cleaner, it gets under the stove, tables, living room couch and most chairs, areas that don’t get vacuumed often. If I have any complaints about this machine, it would be that you can’t leave it on its own to run. There are several areas in the house that are almost tall enough for it to fit under, but not quite and it will keep powering forward until it has jammed itself partially under that particular table or chair and can’t move. It will also get stuck on high room separations, like from the living room into the guest bathroom. In this case, I just shut that particular door and problem solved. But, setting this remotely and letting it run when you’re not home, won’t work if there is anywhere that it can get stuck under or on top of, because it will find that spot. You kind of learn where it’s vacuuming by the sound it’s making, and you quickly learn when it’s struggling to free itself. My unit also, can’t find the docking station. In the two months I’ve been using it, it has only made it back on its own 7 or 8 times. But I have to say, it’s a lot of fun when it does. I am always rooting for the little guy to make it home. I have never owned this type of vacuum, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I like how this one works. I have only vacuumed and swifted the floors once since I bought it, and I only did that to see how much dirt the swifter would pick up and to my surprise the swifter pad was remarkably on the clean side. It’s a good value for the money.

    A few problems
I charged it up fully and ran it on vacuum mode. It did a decent job, but it failed to find its way back to the docking station when the battery was low as it is supposed to do. So, I put it on the docking station and waited for it to have a fully battery. The manual said the docking station should be placed where it has 3′ on each side and a couple feet in front. So, I assumed it was the placement of the docking station. So, I moved the vacuum and the docking station. I literally walked from one room to the next, bent down, plugged it in and set the vacuum down, and the battery had to be charged again. Why?? So, RE-charged it up again, and ran it. Again, the battery died without it having found its way to the docking station.Another problem is that the battery died before it vacuumed my whole house. My house is a 2000 sf home and I closed the doors to 3 or the 4 bedrooms, as well as closets and bathrooms. So, it wasn’t expected to vacuum more than maybe 1200 sf?I never tried the mop function. And that’s because I couldn’t get this thing to successfully vacuum half of my house first. The manual doesn’t have a lot of information. And it’s written poorly. And the vacuum doesn’t operate as it’s supposed to (docking itself when the battery is low). So, I don’t have any faith this product will last very long. Therefore, I’m returning it.

    1x Vacuum & dead
Purchased in July as a gift due to the great price, you get what you paid for, in this case not even that. The vacuum barely picks up dirt, gets stuck when it hits a wall and goes in no particular order (not just when on random). It vacuumed my foyer one time, missed 70% of it, got stuck 2xs against a flat wall, then died and now even though it states it is charging it does not hold any type of charge at all, complete waste of money and because it was a gift the return date has passed. Very disappointed.

    Broke after little use
Bought this for use in a cottage; used it maybe 5 times. It no longer turns on and it won’t take a charge. Emailed the company and received a reply within a few days; was told to clean the contacts on the bottom of the machine and send pictures so they could verify that they were clean. The contacts were not dirty but I did as they asked. After several emails asking for a refund or a replacement, the customer support has gone radio. Should have just stuck with iRobot but I took a chance on a cheaper product and got what I paid for; a piece of garbage.
