Better Then Expected
I am using a Husqvarna 128BV blower/vac. Love this machine; it is a beast. Video attached is an attempt to show use in real time. Managing the hose isn’t too bad. I have a 96 gal wheeled garbage can I used for collection. The cloth end over the top of the garbage can just fit with some creativity that, after using it for three full tanks of fuel, worked flawlessly. See pictures. The sleeve would not fit over the lid hinges, hence, the creativity with the clamps. Once the clamps were on, the can lid remaining open acted as an anchor to hold the clamps. It never came lose and I was rolling the can around, pulling on the hose from time to time, and shaking the hose from time to time to dislodge leaves. The connection end to the blower/vac never came lose. There are two adapters that come with this product and with the H128BV I used, I did not need either. The stock end of the hose simply slipped over the blower end (see picture) and I locked it down. NOTE….. this product is NOT compatible with the Worx 40V 3 in 1 blower/vac/mulcher. I did not do sufficient research and purchased both only to learn this lesson. I assumed, and we know that that does and it certainly did in this case, with both products being from Worx, they were compatible. Shame on me and lesson learned. For my purposes, vacuuming leaves from a rock-lined sidewalk/driveway, this product saved me a ton of time and energy by not having to empty the shoulder bag every five minutes that comes with the Husqvarna. I did not try this on any other collection can/container. I wish I would have purchased this years ago. Time saver. Easy to use. Worked better than I had expected.

Iâm Much More Efficient Using This Than the Bagâ¦â¦..
For a few years now Iâve been using the Works Tri-Vac to clean up the billions of leaves that drop every Fall. Itâs a great tool, but every ten or so minutes you have to stop and empty the bag into something else, which in my case was my wheelbarrow. This year I decided to try this device and whatâs a game changer itâs been! I also bought a cheap 32 gal trash can, and I attach the âhoodâ around its perimeter so that the mulched leaves flow directly into the trash can, which I have sitting in the wheelbarrow. As the Tri-Vac works its way through the pre-made pile of leaves Iâve previously created using the Tri-Vacâs blower feature, I pull the wheelbarrow another few feet. So now, instead of having to stop every ten minutes to empty a bag, I just keep vacuuming and mulching them into the can. My guess is that Iâm able to avoid 1/2 hour worth of bag emptying for each time Iâve filled the 32 gallon can. Iâll admit that putting the device on and off the can takes some getting used to and even then itâs still kind of clumsy; the large flexible hose fights you as you try to secure it to the can (which cost its rating one star). Works should offer a variation of this that incorporates something solid like a barrel hoop into it and sell a purpose-designed 32 gallon can for it to simply snap on and off from. But even using this more âuniversal/adjustableâ device as is, itâs still a significant time saver for me.

Amazing time saver
Love that it saves you time with not having to empty all the leaves so often. Very easy to set up and works amazingly well.

Works great
It works very well and makes pickup leaves easier, if they are dry

Works, But Cumbersome
I liked that it allows leaf collection in a garbage can, but the attachment of the bag to the can is not solid and can make a mess. The heavy hose also pulls the garbage can over onto its side. The universal attachment to my Black & Decker vacuum is also tricky, and not easily done.

Smart addition to the leaf vacuum.
This additional collection system works great when using as a vacuum, I’ve previously only used the included collection bag, which can be tiring and emptying constantly was a bit time consuming, this system allows greater capacity, longer vacuum operations and less physical stress, allow the job to be done quicker overall. It is as advertised and assembly is quick and easy with the Worx leaf blower/vac.

Good idea that needs work
PROS: The mechanical portion of the leaf collection is second to none. It will pulverize leaves to a dust and in so doing it means you don’t need dozens of leaf bags. Congratulations to the designers for making a leave collector that will destroy small sticks, and even Cyprus seed pods.CONS: 1.) the attachments are complicated to use – they make sense and work together, it is just a complicated system;2.) the hose is fragile. I took care to not let it kink, bend, or otherwise encounter stress as I was using it and after about 6 hours of use, the 8 – 10 inches of hose nearest the leave blower began to collapse on itself. Three trips to the hardware store later, I was able to create a replacement.3.) using the leave collection arrangement that connects to a wheely bin has its frustrations. You will need a weight in the bottom of it until it is about half full, or constantly work to position it so that the weight from the hose does not tip the bin over.4.) it makes an extraordinary amount of dust. I was a dirty as the bin in the photos.5.) the actual leave blower/collector is heavy and either needs an addition handle more toward the end of it or a handle that allows you to hold it comfortably and functionally in more than one position. It is heavy enough that this fit outdoorsy middle aged adult required two hands to use it for a longer period of time.Suggestion – a larger diameter for collection and a smaller one for blowing would make it more efficient overall.I am not convinced there is any advantage to this set of devices over a good rake in terms of time and effort. It is just a different kind of effort. If leaf disposal is an issue for you, you may find the reduction in volume that the leaf collection provides makes it worth your while. The leaf blowing capacity for the machine is not great – opening is too large and power not sufficient to accomplish as much as a good single purpose leaf blower.Pretty sure I would not buy it again.

Este accesorio esta de lujo ya que solo lo acoplas a un bote de basura con la bolsa para basura puesta y terminas pronto.

I put it to use as as soon as it arrived and I’m happy to report that it does a very good job. It was simple to attach to my existing black and decker mulcher/blower and the other end to a 6 gallon garbage bin. I mulched a fair amount of leaves into the bin and didn’t have any issues with clogging.Would be nice if the hose was slightly longer though.

I was hesitate of getting this item, due to the following reviews that wasn’t compatible and possible returning it. I was very impressed on how well it actually works.Pros – Easy to assemble, and set up, beats wearing the factory shoulder bag, and helps reduce emptying of the small STIHL bag every few minutes.Cons – 1. the 8 foot hose is too short, it should be at least 10-12 feet making it easier to move around, that would make a huge difference and I would rate it 5 stars. Its abit difficult hooking up and tying the bag to the container on the gallon, I used a 56 gallon garbage container with wheels, hoping to using a 96 gallon one, but the bigger the container the less hose you will have when mulching the leaves. Also this does create alot of dust when using so you do need to wear a mask, but I usually do, due to the fumes of the gas blower. Overall, I wish I had purchase this years ago. We will see how long the attachments and bags last. WORX provides a 3 year warranty so I am good till them.

Wow, love the bagging, mulching and saving time all in one shot. Happy to see the mesh fits over the top of my green 96L bin except for the hinge side. I needed to secure with clamps. Once the clamps were attached, the mess stayed in place. A slight downfall, the hose should definitely be longer.Really helpful that I donât need to continuously stop to empty the bag leaf. Still a little bit dusty but to be expected. This is a very necessary attachment, a must have for the Worx leaf blower/mulcher. Hi recommend.
