Switch from blow to vac and mulch with just the turn of a dial. “Rake the leaves” with just this one tool in half the time it used to take you. And with the 16:1 mulch ratio, you’ll have far fewer bags to drag to the curb when you’re done.
The 600 CFM – 12A Electric TRIVAC is here to make yard work so much easier.First off, all that tech is less than 10 lbs, so almost anyone can operate it with just one hand. The 2-speed control lets you blow on low for tight corners, and then crank it up to 70 mph for the open yard. 600 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) is an awful lot of air and creates a nice wide stream to get even more done in less time. And the powerful 12A electric motor frees you from the expense and hassle of gas-powered blowers to give you a cleaner and quieter experience.
Let’s talk some more about that mulching function. The patented articulating design lets you flip it into vacuum and mulch mode with just one turn. You don’t need to switch out the tube, and you certainly don’t need any tools to do it. It sucks up leaves into the metal impeller and shredder blades, which chops them up into 1/16th their regular size. So you can stuff 16x more leaves and yard debris into the 1.4 bushels collection bag than you could with a regular yard vacuum or a blower or a rake.
Welcome to the TRIVAC, it’s the better way to go “rake the leaves”.

Big bang for your buck !!
Easy to operate. Does a great job for residential needs. The mulching is incredible. There is dust from the bag when you start it up between emptying, so wear a mask. I would suggest only filling the collector bag up maybe 3/4 full to prevent problems with stressing the seams. But it does such a great job mulching, the bag 1/2 to 3/4 full gets quite heavy. The collector bag is a good size. It was easy to handle. You just have to let it find its own position and donât fight it.The vacuum was powerful enough to quickly and efficiently suck up leaves and small sticks, but not enough to pick up stones. So I could use it with confidence. The blower moved a lot of air with high velocity. I didnât experience any issues with the collector bag and after using it 4 hours clearing leaves and little sticks and general yard debris I didnât have any problems and I inspected the impeller after I was finished and there wasnât a mark on it.In heavier leaves, I gently bounced it up and down just slightly to improve the performance.I only wish that it had a tapered extension for the blower to improve direction and maybe a slightly higher velocity.Overall, I was very satisfied, and it went beyond my expectations.

GREAT BUY
THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT, VERY GOOD SUCTION, THE LEAVES GET SUCKED IN, MULCHED, AND GOES INTO THE VERY CONVENIENT BAG, WHICH HOLDS QUITE ALOT, WHEN THE BAG IS FULL I UNZIP THE OVER YOUR SHOULDER BAG AND EMPTY IT. IT’S THAT SIMPLE. A LITTLE LOUD, THAT’S BECAUSE THE MOTOR HAS GREAT SUCTION.

Excellent mulch (and dust) creator
This is an amazing tool to mulch leaves – making it easy to clean up behind garages, corners of foundation, et. Sucks leaves hi p instead of blowing away existing mulch as leaf blowers do. And puts to use extra leaves / saving money and looks amazing with golden mulch color that mixes into soil so well. But be prepared to get DUSTY. A fine dust comes out of mulching bag, especially if it’s dry out. Also a bit noisy. Otherwise an amazing way to manage leaves. You’ll need someone to help rake large volume of leaves into as pile first, but this is best for clearing leaves around foundation, walkways, etc and repurpose for flower bed.

Very HEAVY – Now have changed my mind
I made a poor decision purchasing this item. The blower works well enough but the vacuum feature is pathetic. I have to hold items up to it in order for them to be vacuumed in. Plus it is very HEAVY. I am 200#, 5’11” male and I had a hard time lugging this around my yard. A neighbor thought you could detach the vacuum motor from the blower. He was wrong. All you can do is turn a dial to either blow or vacuum. But the entire tool remains as one single piece. I am keeping it in any case. If need be I will just buy a blower alone. My neighbors have done that and the ones they have are light enough to use. I just thought I need to suck up grass and dead leaves. I do but this isn’t the item to purchase to do that.Update: 2018-11-20I have dramatically changed my evaluation from 2 stars to 5 stars. I finally learned how to use this properly. First, the strap around the bag is meant to go over your shoulder to support the weight of the blower/vacuum. Putting the strap at the proper length makes all of the difference in the world for comfort and ease of use. It is a matter of trial and error until it feels right, which it now does for me.The vacuum really works very well. I don’t know what I was thinking of with my first rating of 2 stars which criticized the vacuum as ‘pathetic.’ It is not. It is just like running your home vacuum over a carpet except here you are running it over grass. I found that it even picked up wet leaves that had been pushed into the soil because they had been walked over. You do have to be very careful not to vacuum up semi-branches because they can jam in the rotor which breaks up the debris. The rotor turns to create the vacuum. If the branch is a twig, it will work but if you hear a ‘seizing’ noise after sucking up any solid object, even thick mulch, turn it off and remove the front section so that you can see the rotor blades. Use needle nose plier to pull out the offending item.I just vacuumed up the leaves from a 5,000 square foot yard with relative ease and had no noticeable strain on my arms or back. It was a lot easier than raking. And, if the leaves are ‘blow around’ dry, the vacuum picks them so easily as to make it ‘fun’ — almost!!!It is important to empty the bag whenever you sense that the vacuum suction is weakening. It takes less than a minute to empty the bag into a disposable bag. Once you have done so and you returning to vacuuming up the leaves, you will notice the increased strength of the vacuum. While it does have the ability to work as a blower, I use a dedicated cordless blower which is easier to handle, gives me freedom to go where I want rather than being tethered to a cord, and works it a bit stronger than this blower. I use a worx 32 v blower. But, it is nice to have the option of using the blower immediately if the need arises. Also, I use a 50 foot 16 gauge extension cord which gives me just enough freedom to work on my entire yard. I have several outdoor outlet around my house.I highly recommend this for keeping your lawn clean of leaf debris.

The power of this tool is really impressive. I first started to use it as a leaf vacuum only, and it worked really well. It would pull up all leaves/vegetation easily and even small twigs and grind them to tiny pieces. The bag capacity was good enough that I didnât have to stop and empty too often. The real revelation came when I tried the blower setting. It easily and quickly cleared my lawn and flower beds of all loose debris, making it easy for me to push it all to a pile. Then I would switch back to vacuum and I was able to suck up the pile and turn it into mulch for far reduced garden bags. It advertises 16-1 ratio of raw to mulched bags, and I think that is conservative. It is loud use ear protection. It is dusty, I recommend masks if there is no wind.

I used this machine to blow the leaves all in a pile, then vacuumed and mulched into the bag. Approximately 750 square feet, with heavy covering of leaves. Did the complete job in 20 minutes. I was surprised at the suction power, quite impressive how quickly those leaves disappeared, then again impressed with the mulching, very happy with it and recommend for small to medium size jobs. 🙂
