Decreasing quality
I bought one of these- exact same part number- a couple years ago. I still have the old one for comparison. Positives- it does fit as described. Negatives – distinctly fewer bristles, and they are now quite soft. I’ll keep it, but won’t buy again.

Used on a Rigid shop vac and it works well. The bristles might be a bit too stiff for some applications but it works well.
