Fabulous vacuum, highly recommend
I use this model where I work as a custodian. I love it, suction it fantastic, longer cord and very quiet running. You have to take care of it, clean hair off roller and wheels and DON’T SUCK UP ANY BOBBIE PINS

Best Vacuum EVER!
I literally have thousands of hours behind a Windsor and other brands. The Windsor Versamatic 14″ and 18″ are not even in the same category as the other well known and not-so well known brands. The one product that I can truly say really “SUCKS” and it’s the best compliment I can give.Quieter than the other brands, too. Sucks very well along baseboards of walls – obviously a superior engineering design. Other brands simply do not compare to this vacuum.I bought this one for my own personal use at home.I have noticed this same model being used in major hotels across the country and obviously for a good reason.It may cost a little more for initial acquisition, but truly the best value overall if you’re looking to have the best vacuuming job. Low maintenance and easy to maintain.

Motor Burnt Up in 9 Months!
We have always used Windsor vacuum cleaners in our school district, this new one we bought had a motor burn up in it in just 9 months. Renu Supply were very attentive in replacing the motor at no charge.

Poor Windsor Customer Service
We use the windsor versamatic vacuums throughout our company because of their durability and their cleaning ability. Unfortunately on this one vacuum the motor for the beater bar has not worked since we purchased it. I have reached out to windsor to ask about a warranty and they have yet to return any phone call/email. This is after I did talk to a customer service rep who tried to pass the buck off to someone else. I very sternly told them that I have tried to contact the same department he was sending me too and they have not returned any phone call or email. As of today I still have not been contacted and I am sitting on a very expensive vacuum that I can not return for a replacement or get any warranty repair. I really like the vacuums and we have not had any issues except with this one. I would hate to have to look elsewhere because of poor customer service.

TRS Janitorial
We were unable to use our sweeper due to a brush motor issue, and I tried to contact Amazon, and then the manufacturer, K’a’rcher . I finally sent a message to TRS janitorial, the business who sold the sweeper, thinking all was lost. Within 2 hours of that message an employee of the company called me (she was actually on vacation at the time) and assured me that they could attempt to fix the unit or would gladly refund our money. This vacuum cost over $1,000.00, and we definitely wanted it fixed or the funds. The employee went above and beyond to assure me that we would be taken care of, and after having tried to contact K’a’rcher for literally 10 to 15 days (on hold, couldn’t speak English, lost calls…) this was such a relief. She even advised that even if the warranty didn’t cover this that they would make it right. What a relief, as we are also a small business and understand the importance of client satisfaction. Thank you so much!
