    Very helpful Robo cleaner
I wasn’t sure at first, but this window cleaning robot has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s been a huge time saver and leaves my window sparkling clean without any stains. The robot does an excellent job by running smoothly across the glass and removing dust, smudges and even some of tougher spots. It’s easy to set up and once attached to window, it gets to work immediately. I would strongly recommend this.

    Works Better Than Expected
Pro:Reasonable price – with a coupon, I only paid $100+Good Suction – only fell once when doing many, many windowsExcellent for windows not reachable.Has its own remote and does not require I download an app to my phone.Con:Slow – much more efficient and better cleaning if cleaning by hand…Needs monitoring – robot can get stuck (not move from same spot) and miss areas. Robot slips and cannot climb if pads are too wet.Cannot clean corners and top edge very well.Overall:Watching it clean is like watching paint dry. However, for those windows you just can’t reach, it’s amazing. I open my upper windows, stick my hand out and place the robot on the outside and then let it do its work. The cleaning is not perfect but for my purposes, more than adequate and much more economical than hiring cleaners to do those upper/high windows. I may buy a second one to speed up the process.

    Amazing!
This is definitely a great thing. I received this and then put it to the side because I didn’t want to deal with tying off the strings and other details at the time. Once I decided to actually do it, I wish I would have sooner. It is so neat. It is amazing what technology can do. It cleans great with just water and really is quite simple to use. I love it and my windows sparkle-even my dreaded glass sliding door that the dogs paw on and mud up. I am so happy! I definitely recommend this product.

    Not worth it
The suction is very weak. It misses spots and cannot clean corners. It’s not worth for the money at all.

    Loses suction on window edge.
I tested the device on four of our windows and found that it loses suction near the window’s edges. It’s also quite loud during operation; you’ll want to wear hearing protection. Nonetheless, it does clean the windows effectively. If your windows are similar to mine (as shown in the included picture), manually washing them might be less effort.

    Thoroughly Impressed
I was initially skeptical about its performance on different surfaces, but it exceeded my expectations. It effortlessly glides over windows, tiles, and glass doors, leaving them sparkling clean. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to operate just press a button and let it do its magic.I appreciate how it saves me time and effort, especially for hard to reach areas. The design is sleek and compact, making storage a non issue. If you’re looking for a hassle-free solution to window cleaning, I highly recommend giving the eTRY Window Cleaning Robot a try.

    Good Quality
I really love this Glass cleaner. The instructions where easy to understand. There is not much to assemble which was perfect for me. The only thing I had a hard thing with was trying to figure out how much water was in the water tank. Then I realize I could take the wheel off very easy and that made it very easy to refill the water tank.

This vacuum window cleaner is amazing. I have triple pane windows, and had to pay someone hundreds every few months to clean my upstairs windows. With this robot, it made cleaning my windows really easy. The robot knows where the edges of the windows are and automatically cleans every part of the window. The vacuum is strong and I could not pull it off while it was on the window. The water spray function only works well when there’s no wind. The robot cleans the windows well and doesn’t leave any streaks.

I was super-excited for this robot window cleaner, which in my head was going to be like the window cleaning version of a Roomba. That seems to be the goal, and maybe in five to ten years, these will be what we’ve hoped for. For now, it’s a light work, basic cleaning unit only that is not going to get even moderately dirty windows clean the way you want. The drawbacks here are many:- The instructions are lacking to say the least. There’s no clear direction on where/how you load in cleaning solution, and whether you should use any cleaner at all, or just water; at one point they say not to, at another, cleaning solution diluted with water is mentioned, but no note as to what cleaning solution they suggest- This is a corded unit with a battery backup, marketed as a “UPS” (uninterrupted power supply), so it needs to be plugged in at all times. The unit will not clean when on battery, just hold its suction so it doesn’t fall off the window- Corners are a problem- Water spray is a problem. Since this sprays water sideways, very little actually hits the window.- It sometimes simply freezes in place, as if stuck, or taking a break. It’s not physically stuck and hitting the start button on the remote gets it going again- While marketed for interior and exterior use, the safety line requires something to hook onto- most houses aren’t going to have anything adequate, and if they do, it’ll require ladder access. I’m just running without- Remember those instructions? How to get the cleaning pads off was never clear. They snap in place, and make sure they are fully snapped in, or you won’t have suction.- it is SUPER loud. Shop-Vac levels. I can hear it throughout the house when it’s running, on the outside!- it leaves streaks- the water basin is quite smallNow for some positives:- it does work, for lightly soiled windows, and the underlying tech is very cool- the remote has surprisingly good range- not once did it fall off, which is a good thing, because I had nowhere to attach the safety cord (it would have just landed on the grass anyway)- Your neighbours, if not aggravated by the noise, will probably think it’s kind of neat- The UPS/battery back-up held when I accidentally pulled power on the unit. For testing purposes, of course!

Okay, I was a bit skeptical, well maybe a lot skeptical about how a robot could attach to my window and clean it. This to me seemed impossible but I hate cleaning windows and if this worked then it would be a game changer. Let me start this review by saying “Wow”!This window cleaner arrived very well packaged like a piece of high-end electronics. It comes with the window cleaner, a power cable with an extension cable, several extra cleaning heads, a spray bottle with an attachment to fill the robot with water, and a user manual.I did find the user manual a little confusing at times but it is helpful. The first thing you need to do is to charge the robot. The battery backup is only used if there is a power failure so the robot does not fall. It needs to be plugged in to operate. You can remove the cleaning pads by just pulling on them. I did not find anything in the instructions about this. Once you remove the pad you have access to the water filling port. This is filled with water easily with the included bottle. I use distilled water which I always recommend in any device needing water since it helps keep them clean. The bottle uses about the perfect amount of water to fill the robot’s water chamber. You then push the cleaning pad back on.You need to align the base with the tabs before pressing it on.Using this robot is then very simple. Press it against the window and push the power button. It grabs onto the window with suction. You then press the button again and it starts cleaning. They recommend you use the included safety rope on the robot just in case it falls off. I did not do this on lower windows but for safety, I would recommend it for upper windows. The robot “walks” on your window in a pattern that covers the entire window. It then stops. As it moves the cleaning heads spin and it sprays water in front of the direction it is going.I must say I was fascinated while watching this little robot work.I cleaned several windows that had not been cleaned for years including patio doors and it works amazing.A remote control is included, allowing you to move the robot when it is attached to the window. You can also stop the spray and stop and start the robot.I must say I am very impressed with this window-cleaning robot. It is great for those second-story windows that are almost impossible to reach. It does do a great job.The price is very reasonable for something that is so technologically advanced and works great. It is not just a gimmick. This really works and works well and I do recommend it.

This window cleaning robot has been a great addition to all my cleaning gadgets making it easy and effective to hard to reach window/glass surfaces. With its dual water spray feature and a generous 70ML water tank, it efficiently tackles dirt and grime, leaving the windows sparkling clean. The edge detection technology is a great feature which allows it to navigate around frames and corners while making sure all areas are captured well. Given its rounded edges, it pretty much gets through majority of the window surfaces except for any corners and close edges. Using the remote control is intuitive, giving users the flexibility to manage cleaning sessions from a distance. This is particularly handy for those hard-to-reach windows or high glass doors, as well as cleaning them from the outside. The suction power of the robot works quite effectively and have managed to stay on without falling with all my uses so far. Its important to note that the robot performs well on flat surfaces only, and hence for any irregular or uneven surfaces or extreme angles, it may not be as effective. Overall, the robot delivers impressive results with spotless surfaces, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine.
