Great robot window cleaner for the price
Works very well, especially in high locations. Excellent customer service. The sprayer was not working properly and a new unit was shipped the same day. Very happy with this robot window cleaner.Easy to use. I like that there is a remote to control the cleaner automatic or manually.

It does what no one else will….and it does it overall fairly well
Saw this pop up in my feed as a special offer and decided to give it a go on a whim. We have over 50 windows in our home and the last time they were all washed was I think by the builder in 2003, outside of a random few internally over the years. They were Nasty (with a capital N, Nasty). I have had this for a month or so now and the more I use it the more I want to use it. Its not without its quirks (window corners are out obviously, the spray system I can only get to work with the app, the safety cable is on the wrong side of the unit for windows with a ledge (it should be on the top side) or it will smash off the ledge if it falls. Sometimes it has a mind of its own and randomly shuts off (it actually just shut off and fell off of my outside window in my home office while I was writing this…hit the rubber mulch so all is good this time). This is my second unit. First one had issues and amazon replaced it. I cant say i trust it for the long haul, so I did get the third party extended warranty. I wouldn’t but it again without it either…..The plus side is that I can go about my day and let it do its thing, outside of getting up every five minutes or so to either restart it or move it. My windows are cleaner than they have been for the last 21 years we lived here and everyone notices it too. I am learning how to use it still. I have found that if I run it twice it seems to minimize and remove most of the swirl marks that can be visible in the right lighting conditions sometimes. Sure its my fault from never cleaning my window and the buildup of “stuff”. The pads do need to be changed every 5-10 windows for my house, which is easy to do.There are two big downsides to me: the safety cable design and the wash system. To be honest I dont use the cable as often as I should, but there is no way to use it on my inside windows because the cable tethers to the part of the unit that always faces downward during operation. For it to clean the windows it needs enough cable for the bottom side to go to the bottom of the window. If it lets loose with it tethered as it should it smashes off of the windows sill (my first unit…). I zip tie holder on top with the cable locked to it would probably fix it but its annoying and only partially functional. Its good for outside of the house. The only way to tell if the spray system is on is through the app, and its only partially successful as it seems to reset more often than not after each window and needs to be force restarted. Some type of a led on the front to let you know its engaged would be helpful.I hope this holds up for the long run. I do like it and short of spending a fortune to hire someone to do all of our windows they would not get done without it. I am really enjoying being able to see clearly outside of our house now too. Overall a win even with the necessary design improvements needed. If you are the type of person that obsesses over every spot, this might not be for you. If you dont have time to worry about the child boogers on your window, you might have a winner with this.

Wonderful Customer Service
Update: We received our new machine and are so happy with it! Love this product! Can’t say enough positive things about the customer service! Highly recommend.We received our robot and it worked great for 5 times or so but then one of the rotary wheels stopped working. We contacted customer service and sent a short video of the robot not working and they are sending us a new one. Wonderful experience and can’t wait to get another robot. It does a great job on our windows!

Cool Toy
Itâs cool, but donât count on it to clean your windows. It only uses a few drops of water for a massive window, thatâs not because itâs efficient. Itâs rather due to the fact that this thing is basically a very good vacuum machine! Not a window cleaner. And you have to waste time attending to it unlike an iRobot where you leave it to do its thing. It wastes time and doesnât clean wellâ¦

Just what I needed
I have windows that you push up on and they come out. Not so much any more as my house has settled over the years and I have gotten older. This Window Cleaning Robot has been a life saver. I have a large bay window that I cannot reach from the ground (split level house) and would have to hire someone to wash it for me, just to have it rain and have to do it all over again. This worked so well on both my regular windows and my bay window–inside and out. I was worried about the suction, but it performed like a champ. Not sure how it will work in the winter (Wisconsin) but I don’t really wash my windows then any way. I have had my eye on this cleaner and when it was listed for 50% off, I jumped at it and so happy I did.

A Roomba for windows
I live on the 16th floor of a high rise apartment building and to clean the outside of my windows was not an easy chore and something that I did not look forward to. So when I saw this window robot, I thought Iâd give it a try. The instructions were a bit confusing, but after I figured out what to do, I tried cleaning one outside window pane. To my surprise, although not perfect, the overall results were amazingly good. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who lives/works in a high rise building primarily to clean the outside of windows (for inside windows, using windex with a rag is a lot faster than using the robot).Update: Iâve used this item 3 times since I purchased it and the sprayer STILL doesnât work, no matter what I do. It probably would work better if the sprayer was working, thatâs why I took off two stars.

Iâve been trying this in several different scenarios and have been happy with the results.- It did an amazing job at cleaning my shower doors, a task I hate doing. I just set it up and let it run, only returning when it beeps to advise it was complete. I placed it on the next door and went about my business. There were 1-2 spots where it couldnât clean up the marks, but they were easy to spot treat. It worked well with mineral deposits. I did actually test it on my shower tiles and it did a good job there as well. I was able to cross the thin grout lines, but it took a bit longer to navigate as it is cautious if it does not have a secure hold. I only recommend using it on smooth tiles, as it might not get a strong enough grip on textured patterns. It can only hold water in its tank so its good for in between clearings.- I tested on my large floor to ceiling windows and it performed well, as this is itâs intended use. I placed it in a bottom corner and set it to run with the remote. It cleaned as it climbed to the top and I just needed to use to remove to tell it to come down to where I could comfortably reach it.- My last test was on an edgeless mirror. I wanted to see if it was smart enough to detect the boundaries. IT performed well and did not fall off as it worked its way down the mirror.The microfibre cloths washed well and were easy to take on and off. My only complaint is the noise, as the suction noise can get quite loud in smaller spaces. When cleaning my shower door, I usually run the washing machine at the same time or close the bathroom door. I also wish it came with a bag or carrying case for storage. So far, I am using a storage bin that works well to store it and its accessories under my counter. I recommend it for those that need help cleaning large or tall windows.

Le robot fonctionne bien mais il est censÃ© faire gicler de l’eau Ã intervalle rÃ©gulier. C’est le 2e article identique que je retourne pour le mÃªme problÃ¨me : rien ne sort, que ce soit en mode automatique ou manuel et ce n’est pas faute d’avoir essayÃ©. Il fait donc un nettoyage Ã sec des vitres, ce qui ne correspond pas Ã ce que je n’en attends. C’est dommage.

tut was er soll, die SprÃ¼hfunktion geht leider von Anfang an nicht. Ist aber bei der Anwendung (kleine Fenster (150cm x 100cm) und Solaranlage nicht notwendig.die Ecken sind nicht 100 % war aber von vornherein klar und bei der Solaranlage nicht wichtigBin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt (Preis/Leistung TOP).
