Powerful Wet Dry Mop
We have always had one of those large corded vacuums and when we moved into our new place I wanted something cordless given the new space we needed to cover. We also have both carpet and hardwood and a wet/dry mop/vacuum seemed too good to be true. I was a little worried if it would be strong enough, especially with our new construction dirt, but it handled just fine. I like that it talks and tells you it needs to be cleaned. It’s super simple to empty and rinse out and put back together. Only thing was I didn’t know how to start the vacuum after turning it on, just tilt it back and it starts running! Super simple and intuitive after I figured that out. I’ve had it a couple weeks and have definitely enjoyed using it!

WARNING POOR QUAILTY
I purchased this product in January with great enthusiasm and excitement. However, my enthusiasm quickly dissipated when the product broke after only two months of ownership. Despite being a heavy user, I believe the product should have lasted longer. I contacted the manufacturer, and after initially sending me a used unit that did not work even after troubleshooting per their instructions, they finally sent me a brand-new unit. I had several back-and-forth emails with the company during this process.Unfortunately, the tank later cracked, and I was informed that it was apparently my fault for using hot water, even though the instructions never explicitly stated not to do so. They subsequently sent me a replacement tank. However, the unit has now completely broken down again, this time within eight months of purchase.I sent an email to the manufacturer expressing my dissatisfaction, but I have not received any response. I feel compelled to warn potential customers about the poor quality and durability of this product.

I love it!
This little machine does a great job every time! It has cut my mopping time by half. Iâm serious! I think I clean 1500 ft on eco mode with one charge. I have a dog that sheds continuously, and I have found that using a broom or dust mop beforehand cuts down on clogging the roller. My only complaint is: about one tablespoon of water leak out while it is self cleaning so I have to clean that up.

It began to falter after a few months of use, which was disappointing considering its initial promise. However, customer support has been commendable, always willing to assist whenever issues arise.My main gripe with this vacuum cleaner is its limited capacity. With a 2200 sq ft home, I find myself having to empty and refill the clean water and dirty water canisters multiple times during a single cleaning session, often around 7-8 times. It would greatly improve the user experience if these canisters were larger, reducing the frequency of emptying and refilling.Overall, while the INXNI Wet Vacuum Cleaner initially impressed me with its performance and responsive customer support, the recurring issues and limited capacity have slightly tarnished my experience.

Fantastic customer service!
I originally purchased this in February 2024 and a couple months later the vacuum stopped working. It would suddenly turn off. I was hesitant about their customer service because I couldnât find much information on their website, but I contacted their customer service email address and Eddie was incredibly helpful. They replaced my vacuum and my white tiles floors are back to being super clean now! Throughout the replacement process, Eddie was attentive and would check in with me constantly.I really like this vacuum and is the only wet dry vacuum that actually leaves my floors clean. Highly recommend it!
