Customer service was great!
I bought this product almost a year ago and started having some trouble with it. I loved this product and was quite happy with how well it functioned and how quiet it was. I called to see if I was still under warranty which I was. Nath was so quick with helping me get a replacement. She made the process quick and easy and only took a few minutes of my time. I would definitely recommend this air purifier and company.

Dust bunnies fear it
There really isn’t much to say here.Filter fit perfectly. There isn’t any room for drama. Just pop out the old and pop in the new. That’s about it. My air purifier was back to hunting dust bunnies in about 5 minutes.As for use, all I can say is that it was white when it when it. It was fuzzy gray when it came out (Based on the prior use of same filters). I suppose you could try and vacuum it and reuse a time or two, but really no reason as reasonably priced and the new filter is likely more effective.

Very glad I purchased these.
I purchased 2 of these units and they have helped my breathing tremendously. My house has a very new furnace with an air filter, but just doesn’t get everything since the house is older. It tends to gather dust quickly. These units have helped greatly. I may be back for a couple more of them for my other rooms in the house. Currently in my living room and bedroom.
