Love it so far
Ive only used this three times so far, but so far I love it. I looked around a lot to find some thing in the price range that I was looking for that had at least 5000PA suction, self emptying, and mop and vacuum feature. This is the best priced one I could find with all of those features that I found. The suction is good for the vacuum. Not too loud. The mopping feature is more like a swiffer effect, but I feel like if you use it frequently, it will definitely reduce the need for deep mopping. It seems really âsmartâ and good at mapping . The app is a little confusing. It may just be me I havenât tried too much on there yet. So far, this has made my cleaning routine much easier and Iâm happy with the purchase.

Defectiveârefund/replacement takes 30 days
This vacuum worked for about a week then kept saying error wheel fault. Tried all troubleshooting steps. Still didnât work. Returning item is complicated and takes 30 days for refund or replacement. According to their website, they may if decide not to give one! 30 days before I can replace it. Save yourself the trouble. Very disappointed in Amazon.

It really clean and mop the floor.
Its really sturdy. Easy to set up and easy to use. Connecting it is like plug&play. Once you set it up and gave the schedule. You just forget about cleaning or mopping your floor ever. My cousin bought his robot cleaner from different brand. And i really felt mines noise is quite less then my cosin cleaner. The amount of dust it collected really surprised me. Quit happy with the performance. Right now i have to carry it to clean my second floor. But i am thinking to buy another one next month for my second floor. My wife is super happy with it. Highly recommend this!

Works well, quiet, BUT
I don’t have internet so it isn’t connected to its app.It’s very quiet (doesn’t interrupt conversation/phone/tv), and it does a good job overall.But1) it systematically gets STUCK ON THROM CARPETS (photo) and just dies there2) its navigation is pretty erratic (perhaps due to no internet?) so while it trie to proceed in parallel lines, it often just goes totally out of the way, only to perhaps later return to the half room it missed (not sure, I don’t keep an eye on it)3) it has ONE SINGLE BRUSH so that when it goes around a large object such as a chest, if the brush is NOT on the inside (depending on its sense of rotation around the object), it will NOT clean the base of the object.4) the sound level goes up noticeably at what seem to be random times; its does NOT increase suction when going on to carpets/rugs, but it will suddenly do so going over thresholds (at which it is less clumsy than others) without any reason…But for $350 it keeps most of the pollen off the floors while I’m at work.

Not necessarily Alexa compatible
Iâve only had the vacuum for a day and setting it up was easy UNTIL I tried to pair it with Alexa. The device is not recognized by Alexa, but is part of the Smart Life family (which you wouldnât know unless you call Amazon), an app I have/use for my smart plugs. Despite the assistance of an Amazon customer service representative who spent a good deal of time with me going through various attempts at getting this robot to work with Alexa, we were not successful. I specifically purchased this item because of the reviews and because it is advertised as being compatible with Alexa. If the competent Amazon customer support representative who assisted me wasnât able to successfully help me get this robot connected to Alexa, the question is, is it really Alexa compatible? I reached out to customer support from the Verefa manufacturer in China, so I may not hear back for another 48 hours. However, if it is going to be challenging to get this device to work with Alexa, or if it doesnât work after all, Iâll return it. Why hasnât smart technology gotten smarter and easier?!

Lifesaver
I am blown away this is a beast at cleaning, it sucks up everything from tiny dust to the annoying pet hair stuck in my carpets. It is smart too it automatically cranks up it suction when it hits carpet, making sure it gets deep into the fibers without me having to do anything, and with its battery lasts over four hours it can handle my whole house on one charge and if it low on battery it goes back to its dock which is convenient in my opinion. The best thing for me is that it uses lasers to map my house perfectly making sure it doesn’t miss a spot. I can tweak all the cleaning setting right from my phone with with an app.

Love waking up to freshly vacuumed floors.
This vacuum creates the most impressive vacuum lines every morning when I wake up. Anything better than something cleaning your house while you sleep? Occasionally gets hung up on a cord or something. I just try and make sure to pick up little things before bed. Cleaning up after all my kids is no joke but this thing has done very well and half the price of others. I havenât tried the mopping feature yet. The app is great as well.

Gets stuck alot
It gets stuck a lot and they battery dies. Iâm lucky if I get half the room done before it jams up
