I ordered this because of soft roller ,,and that was missing ,,stuff didn’t feel quality,,I called shark got 50% off ordered HEPA soft foam and roller all together it was 36cad ,,I refused to pay shipping and international surcharge they waive it off ,,so all of you Canadian folks thinking to order here drop it and call shark ,,,Receipt attached if you don’t believe me lol
