The adapter part fits the original vac hose, but the rest of the attachments don’t fit on the adapter (that came in the bag with them), nor do they fit on the original vac hose. All but one piece is hard/ridgid plastic that has no give, rendering me the only option to tape them to the adapter to stay together. I can only hope that the new hose, ordered as a package and sent separately, will have a different diameter end or softer rubber to accommodate the difference in size.Update: the hose came finally! The hose was in a “RIDGID” brand box and came with two attachments. One to attach to a hose and extend the length and another to accommodate other end attachments. THIS ADAPTER FITS!!! I will be tossing the adapters that came in the accessories kit and hold onto this one for dear life!
