Great robo vac for the price
I have a more expensive robo vac on the main floor. Wanted to get a less expensive one for the upstairs since there is less traffic. Iâm amazed how well it worked for the price! There are a few things that she does which I love is with the remote control, u can program her to do only around the baseboards or guide her where u want to clean. We have a large hairy dog, so there is hair everywhere but she has a great little brush that just lifts it up and she is smaller than our other robo allowing her to go under and around so many things our bigger one canât get to and she is light weight so Iâve been taking her downstairs just to get her to do some places our other one canât get to.I was skeptical getting a cheaper one but so far it was a great buy!!!

Good Value and Works Great
Works great!This is a great timesaver for me. I use it about every other day on my tile and hardwood floors.I find that using it on the lower suction setting works good for my needs. It will clean about 1,200 sq ft before returning to it charging station.I tried the mop function and seemed it worked “okay” for about half the area before needing to refill the water. I can damp mop with a traditional mop in about 10 minutes and get a more thorough cleaning by hand so will likely not be using the mop function.I have a long hair dog that sheds year ’round and it does a great job at picking up all the loose hair on the lower vacuum setting.It’s all I could wish for and for the cost does everything I need it to do..

O.K. for floors, not good enough on carpets and needs improvements
Before buying this vacuum I checked several reviews, all positive and decided to get it. The robot needs no assembly and itâs easy to use out of the box. It comes with a few replacement brushes and an an extra mop pad, a remote and there is also an app to manage and track cleaning.The vacuum performed well on floors, it works on a zigzag pattern and is intuitive enough to not bang against walls. It is not very loud, and can be operated while you work or watch tv without much noise.When I bought it, it was clear the vacuum does not map the house, but I have a small space and was fine with that. I had seen a review of it cleaning a super shaggy carpet and it operated fine but it was not the same in my home. The robot struggled to climb the living room carpet, avoiding it most of the time; when it finally climbed it, it struggled to move from place to place. The worst is when it encounter furniture because it got stuck over and over again. Each time it powered off and I had to restart it manually. This happened four different times and what made this problematic is that the vacuum would restart the cleaning cycle from the beginning going over and over the same patterns failing to recognize where it had cleaned before. Having tried other robot vacuums before, this one would probably work better in larger spaces with short hair rugs and carpets. It cleaned under the bed but never close to the wall, only up to two feet and never returned to finish that area.Overall it is a decent unit, but It falls short on power when operating on thicker carpets. It cannot be programmed to clean certain rooms and if it gets stuck and turns off, it fails to recognize where it left off and starts over again, which makes cleaning a very long process. In my one bedroom apartment, it ran out of battery before it cleaned half the space. And since I had to âbabysitâ the vacuum, I will be retuning it.

Great Robot vacuum for the price
I absolutely love this vacuum and the mop combo. Since I have toddlers I need to vacuum and mop the floors every day. You need to fill the water tank with water. Normally I mix few drops of floor cleaner with that.This vacuum cleans pretty well. This device has powerful suctions that easily removes dust and hair. This is becoming a daily routine and maintain the cleanliness in my house. Thereâs light noise which is not even noticeable. This vacuum and mop works very well in my laminate floor. You can control it by remote control or by voice through Alexa. This saves my time so much.This has long run time. Once you charge it you can use more than one hour.This package includes user manual which explains everything clearly.I would highly recommend this device

Great Vacuum
Got this vacuum when it was on sale to replace my other one. It works great! The bin is not that big so you do have to dump it more often, but thatâs not a deal breaker. I have long hair and I do have to go rescue it every so often and clean my hair out of it, it happens. The app is easy to use and itâs a really great vacuum and mop combo for a great price if you donât want to buy the expensive ones, and donât need the bells and whistles.

Stopped working after a few months of very light use – waste of money
UPDATE 2024-09-16 the device started acting like zombie after a few months of very light use. It still moves around but does not vacuum, keeps bumping into everything and is not returning to base. Too late to return the product, so it will have to go to trash. Don’t waste your money and buy some other brand.——-This model works really well on various surfaces and does not get stuck under furniture like three other robot vacuums that I had before this one. It manages to navigate between thick carpets and wooden or tiled floors without any issues. I elevated the Xmas tree skirt (put some boxes under it) to remove it from its reach, so it does not ‘eat’ it. The trick is working well, no issues.I love the app control and that I can see the updated map of places already cleaned. I wish the battery lasted longer, but its life improved after the initial period of my extensive testing. It doesn’t cover the whole two-bedroom apartment in one go, so now I just alternate in which room I start the cleaning cycle before it goes back to the charging station.The mopping function takes significantly less battery, and it works much longer than vacuum cleaning.

Worth the investment!
Does the job ! Its been a couple of months I am using it and it has certainly lived up to my expectations. The mapping function is good, sensors work well and the vacuum cleaner rarely gets stuck. I am getting a battery backup of ~1 hr that is sufficient to clean my kitchen, living room and dining areas. Mopping functionality could have been better !
