Great wet dry vac for the money
So I admit I got a little excited watching car detailing videos. The Detail Geek does such a good job that I began thinking that maybe I could grow up and do at least half as nice a job as he could. So I Googled around, read on reddit, and found a few options. But the Home Depot one most commonly suggested had some really poor reviews. And when I found this one, I saw it had good features and more horsepower, as well as happy reviews. The price was right, so I picked it up.It’s going to do great with the car but at first I’ve used it in the house. I live in the south and it can get a little cobwebby pretty fast. After the zip through with the regular vacuum, I came along with this one. I used the extension tubes, two of them, plus the crevice tool, and was able to reach ceilings, corners, wood trim along the floor, and other hard to reach places with ease. The suction is great and the house looks nice. You have to screw on the four wheels, which is not really a big deal, one screw each. And I also found my crevice tool inside the actual vacuum. So you may have to take yours apart to find some extensions. That’s not difficult. Just pop two clip handles off the side and then pull the motor and filter top off. It doesn’t weigh much. As a matter of fact, the whole unit doesn’t weigh much at all. It comes with a pretty good power cord that seems to be the same diameter as my heavy duty extension cord that I attached to it so I could roam around the entire house. The vacuum has a thick red handle mounted at the top that also folds down, and when you pull it up and lift the unit with it it’s an easy chore. So far, I’ve enjoyed working with this vacuum a lot and the results on the house have been effective. Will take it out to the car when it stops raining. But given the suction that I’ve seen so far inside it won’t have any problem getting me towards Detail Geek results.

This product both SUCKS and BLOWS. And how.
After two years of letting various annoyances build up in my garage, I decided it was time clean house. I considered several options I settled on this shop vac over a traditional vacuum cleaner, even though I had no need for the ability to vacuum up puddles. This things SUCKS and BLOWS in a big way.The first thing I vacuumed was a pile of leaves that had infiltrated the garage, one pile of which a cat had peed on. It handled the leaves expertly with few exceptions that could easly be fixed with a little tap on concreate. It even pulled up a few wood chips from my fire wood pile, though understandbly a few caused problems, that it could even handle any was amazing.Next was a small piles of discarded ethernet terminals and keystones, which it gobbled up with no problems. It also pulled up stripped wire insulation, tiny section of ethernet cables (less than an inch) tiny nuts, bolts screws and small bits of 12 to 23 gauge wire. Then I turned it on the disgusting mess of cob webs, dead insdects and spiders in every corner, crevice and intersection of floor and wall. Dead salamander? no problem. Dead mouse? gone.At one point it did choke on a dust ball mixed with twigs and stuff. But unlike traditional vacuums, the hose can be taken apart and the clog flushed out of a short section with a garden hose. Since it can handle water, there was no need to wait for it to dry.The utility bathroom was the worst. Spiders had nested in the bath tub. Not anymore. Then there is the small space one of the cats had been secretly pooping in. It sucked it all up with a minimal number breaks to clear the hose line. But that did get old, so I turned on the blower, made a small pile in the corner and blew most of it into a dust pan. The rest of the remaining debris was easy to vacuum.Despite being a heavy duty sucking and blowing machine, it remains light weight. Even the hose and power cord are minimal in bulk. It is just enough to meet your needs while still being able to get the job. This was great for me with my chronic pain condition as bulky vacuums just make everything hard and harder means more pain. The power cord is short, but that is great, because there is less tripping over a pointlessly long cable. If you really need a longer run, thats what an extension cord is for. I only needed an extension for about 10% of the job, and was so glad not to have to deal with several feet of needless cords. This shop vac comes highly recommended!

Super suction! Havenât tried the blower yet but if itâs half as good as vacuum it will be awesome
Does not work in the UK –
This is for the US, it is not compatible for the UK. I had to buy a separate adapter converter which cost over £100 and it still does not work unfortunately.

Great vacuum and extremely well designed. I like that there are places on the vacuum to store each attachment, someone was really thinking when they designed this. The conversion to leaf blower is super easy and very powerful. The suction is more then adequate for my garage projects and it has a good assortment of attachments. Overall I’m very impressed with this vacuum. The reviews I read online helped me choose this one and I am not disappointed! Highly recommend it.

one downside is the very short cord…so buy an extension especially for the leaf blower.
