Bought this over a year ago for my business. Lightweight, easily transported, great suction! How ever with great suction, it clogs way to easily, the suction hoses are too small for the suction power. I do not recommend this for any household with dogs and high shedding cats. I personally have cats and hard wood floor, works great. But for my clients homes with all flooring carpeting with dogs… I DO NOT recommend. This is more for power sweeping when you need to save time sweeping hard wood floors and some medium rugs, not recommend for heavy carpeting.

Terrible purchase, I want refund
I called for refund and Iâm still waiting for the promised email that they were going to send me with the labels to return this. The vacuum does not suck anything up. It is very heavy and hard to maneuver and bulky terrible purchase.

This vacuum is very well made. The suction is great. The hose could be a little longer but all in all good vac. I was able to find the replacement bags on Amazon, so I am pleased with this purchase.

Needs a no hair wrap brushroll
I like that this vacuum is bagged, lightweight, and easily maneuverable. But it’s difficult for me to cut long human hair that gets wrapped around the brushroll. I previously had a Shark No Hair Wrap bagless vacuum that had a brushroll covered with a velvety type layer that did not let long hair get stuck. But I prefer the bagged vacuum so that I can empty it without a cloud of debris coming up into my face.

Very economical, I prefer bagged hepa and seriously i do not want to touch the dirt or disburse vacuumed debris into air when emptying. Much better and more sanitary despite popularity of bagless
