Great vacuum it takes a few passes to get use to a area.
Currently, it’s working decent. Ain’t the best but still for the price it goes our floor well. The cat seems to play with it but hasn’t taken the free ride around the place yet. Our carpet is .6 inches off the ground, so for folks wondering if it will work, yes.

Vacuum robo
Itâs more complicated than the ones Iâve gotten in the past that were different brands. I like the other ones and will not order this one again.

Great Suction Power, but Disappointing Mop Feature
The Pureatic V3 Robot Vacuum and Mop has its strengths, but overall, Iâm disappointed. While the suction power is excellent and handles pet hair, dirt, and debris well, the mop feature fell short of expectations. Itâs so ineffective that I stopped using it entirelyâmopping manually is better.Another issue Iâve faced is the app connectivity. It occasionally disconnects from the app, and reconnecting is frustrating and time-consuming. While the vacuum does its job when running, these issues make it less convenient than Iâd hoped. Unfortunately, I missed the return window to give it a fair chance.If youâre looking for a vacuum with excellent suction power, this delivers, but donât expect much from the mop feature or app integration. Itâs a mixed experience for me.

Does not last
Only had it for a few weeks and it crashed. Doesnât pick up anything and only lets out a ton of water making my floors soaked. Would NOT recommend

easy use. my kidâs toy
Iâm extremely happy with my new robot vacuum cleaner! The battery life is fantasticâit easily covers my whole house on one charge.The best part is how ultra-thin and sleek it is. It slides right under my furniture, getting to places without having to move anything around.And it’s so quiet! I can have it running while Iâm watching TV or working from home, and it doesnât bother me at all. This vacuum saves me a lot of time and it is great value for money. Highly recommend!

Great machine for the Price?
This was a very reasonably priced machine. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles. But it does what it promises. It leaves the floor clean as a whistle. I really don’t use the mop function; I’m happy enough to have it vacuum. That way I can walk around in my kitchen in bare feet and not have to worry about stepping on things that the kids drop. All this being said, it has a bit of a learning curve associated with it. And it has very, very sparse instructions. In fact it has almost no instructions. You’re going to have to figure this out on your own through trial and error. One thing that I can tell you is that as long as the base is lit with a red light, either solid or blinking, it appears as though the unit is connected to it. If you try to run the device without an either solid or blinking red light on the base, the unit will have trouble finding the base at the end. Also I have found that when you enter the room, it seems to detect your presence and within 60 seconds ( I have counted) the light starts blinking and the unit connects to the base. Another thing that I have found through trial and error (recall that there are no instructions so I am learning this as I go) is that if since I have a spare phone, I leave it in the area, turning the vacuum on manually with an app on that phone. When I return 20 or 30 minutes later, I manually set the app on the nearby phone to send the unit back to the base to begin charging. If you try to leave the area with the only phone containing the application, there is every likelihood that the base will detach from the unit, and the unit won’t be able to find the base. Just what I have found through trial and error.Also, to keep the unit confined to one area, I simply closed the doors to my kitchen, trapping the unit inside. This takes the place of geofencing. In the end, I would buy this unit again!

Product has very strong suction power. It leaves nothing behind!
This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever tried. It cleans immediately, quickly and is so efficient.I love this new product !

Great for college students
Got this for my daughter whoâs in college, taking a lot of classes and no time to clean her apartment. She didnât want it initially but now loves it because this little robot has saved her so much time! Easy to use and clean. Worth the investment!
