Ughhh
Ughhh we really wanted to like this product but just couldnât get there.Pros:White design is sleekCharging station is smallSuction seems to be good when it does workâ it did a good job picking up hair, pine needles and even cat litter.Itâs very quiet! We ran it at night and it never disturbed us at all.Cons:It just doesnât seem to want to last 🙁 We returned our first one after a couple weeks because it got really loud and would just quit running after a few minutes. Now returning our replacement because it just straight up doesnât work after a week.It has a hard time getting back to the charger. The first one we had did well getting back to the charger but our replacement rarely made it back so we would have to play the super fun game of âwhere did the robot die this time?â Is this a quality control issue? Idk but it got pretty old pretty fast.The app. Very minimal for what you can do/see. Would love to be able to set zones as we did have areas that it was more likely to get stuck (rugs, carpeted rooms, etc) and there was no way to block that.We had high hopes but this vacuum just doesnât seem to be there yet!

A good product
It has water container and it can mop the hard floor for you. Also, it has the function of vacuum. I have a cat so I really rely on vacuum to clean the dust outside the cat litter box, this product helps me a lot. It can be controlled by mobile app and schedule the cleaning process by yourself. No problems found up till now.

Great Robot Cleaner
I am glad that I purchased this robot vacuum cleaner. There is a Smart Life app that helps to operate the robot and see the house map. I can even schedule a time for the cleaning. There is also water tank and mop option. Definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to do the cleaning by themselves.

When I first got the Robot Vacuum and Mop, I was so excited! I had seen videos of robot vacuums online, but I never thought Iâd actually have one of my own. Itâs like having a little cleaning buddy that takes care of the floors while I relax or do other things. Itâs so cool that this little machine can do everything. I have a mix of hardwood floors and low-pile carpets at home, and it handles them perfectly. The suction power is incredible. It picks up pet hair, dust, and even those little crumbs that always seem to appear out of nowhere. Plus, there are three suction levels, so I can adjust it depending on how dirty the floors are. The mopping feature is my favorite. I fill up the 100ml water tank, and it smoothly glides over the floor, leaving it shiny and clean. Itâs perfect for spills or sticky spots.One of the things I noticed right away is how slim it is. Itâs only 2.99 inches tall, which means it can easily go under furniture like beds, couches, and tables where dust tends to hide. It can even climb over small obstacles like rugs or thresholds up to 0.6 inches high, so it never gets stuck.I also love the large 650ml dust box. It holds a ton of dirt, so I donât have to empty it too often. Itâs great because I donât always have time to deal with cleaning maintenance. The water tank for mopping is just the right size, and I like that I can adjust the water flow for different types of messes. It is so l easy to use. I was a little nervous at first about letting it roam around on its own, but itâs really smart. It has infrared sensors that detect obstacles, so it always avoids things like furniture or pets.What makes it even better is that I can control it in multiple ways. I downloaded the app on my phone, and I can schedule cleaning, switch modes, or even check the battery level. If I donât want to use voice commands or the app, I can also use the remote control that comes with it. Itâs super convenient.
