Not a bad vacuum for the price
This is not one of the brand name robotic vacuum cleaners, and as such there are some features that aren’t quite up to par with the bigger names; mainly the app. Yes there is an app, but it is a bit clunky to use. It is however functional. The unit is marketed as a two in one vacuum/mop but I haven’t had much luck with the mop portion as it pulled the wet pad onto the carpet. As a stand alone vacuum using the buttons however, this has been quite useful.First of all, this thing sounds like a jet getting ready to take off. The motor is surprisingly loud for the size of the unit. But it has fairly impressive power for the size also, and seems to do a thorough job of navigating the room. I was comparing this to a name brand robotic vacuum I own, and I found that this seems to get stuck less frequently and hit more missed locations. At about half the price I think quite a victory. It seems like every time I run this, it picks up quite a bit and continues to hit different areas.The included remote has been essentially useless, but the buttons on the unit itself do a perfectly adequate job of controlling the vacuum. It also tends to find its way back to the base more often than not, and I would say at a higher success rate than the “name brand”. For the price, I think this is a bargain. Just don’t count on more of the advanced features.
