This item seems to do a good job of cleaning ears. I didn’t notice much ear wax or gunk in the waste water so I was unsure at first, but I did notice that my ears were significantly cleaner and I didn’t get any ear wax on my earbuds when I used them.It is very simple to use, but I recommend following the directions and starting on the gentlest setting and then moving up to the stronger settings to adjust to the water pressure. The battery charges quickly enough and uses a USB-C which is nice and convenient. There are only two buttons on the device. One button has a light that gauges the temperature of the water and changes color to show if the water is the correct temperature or too hot.One thing that would make this better would be if the bottle was slightly more see-through so you could tell more easily when the water level of clean water is getting low and the waste water getting too high. As it is now, I have to hold it up to the light to get an estimate of how much water is left in the tank. Not a huge deal though as you generally won’t use enough water to empty the tank.Overall I like it and it is easy to use, but I don’t know that it is worth the full asking price. I’ve used manual ear cleaners previously and they’re also simple enough to use. If you feel like splurging and have been wanting to try one of these, give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.

This product work great. I effectively cups your ear so that the wastewater does not run down your face and neck. Moreover, you can clearly see if it is effective or not by looking at the wastewater in the container. I highly recommend it. It certainly aided in clearing up my ear infection that caused me lots of neck pain headaches – I let the infection go unchecked for much too long.

Shockingly no mess and does the job
Device is actually really well built. The top comes off to fill with water and it locks back in place very well. I did not know it has a temperature gauge on it to make sure the water is the right temp. Lights blue if too cold, green if warm, red if too hot. That was pretty cool. I was a little nervous to use it because I anticipated a mess but shockingly, there was none. 4 different modes: low, medium, high and pulse. DEFINITELY START WITH LOW. The instructions do say this but do it. This can definitely get out stubborn build up if you have it. Basic cleaning, low does the trick. Cup caught all the used water for no mess (can you tell I’m impressed with that). Came with q-tips which was a nice surprise. Even if your ears are pretty clean this will loosen whatever you have and a quick swab with the q-tips cleans any residue. Came with multiple tips that go in the center where the water is sprayed. Comes with charging cord, USB-C, need your own charging block. Over all, pleasantly surprised and good buy.

Start on the mild mode first.
Very well designed. Seals firmly around ear, works as advertized. Itchy ear gone after 2nd use. Worth the coat for clean ears.

Using this to replace my current ear cleaner was a good decision. By design this is more sanitary to use due to the ear cup, as well as the separate compartments for clean and waste water. While the water thermometer is convenient, I found I had to use colder water than I normally would. By design this will only activate when the water temp is within set parameters. This is easy to use, the only downside is there isn’t a memory function for the last water pressure setting used. While a minor issue, still somewhat of a hassle needing to cycle through the settings each time. That aside I like this product.
