A real disappointment
Although as a man I am not in the demographic targeted by this hair brush, I do have wavy hair that benefits from a round styling brush. When I came across the Belisimo brush I figured why not give it a try. Unfortunately, it has left me totally disappointed.The Belisimo Round Hair Brush arrived in its own box. Weighing almost nothing, the brush features black nylon bristles coming out of an aluminum mesh cylinder with a gold end cap at the far end and blue end cap at the near end. The plastic brush handle is shaped like a fish body and tail, for some reason, but is surprisingly comfortable to hold because of the fish scales and tail.The bristles only protrude 1/4″ from the aluminum cylinder, meaning it is nearly impossible to grab the hair from underneath and brush it out. While you can certainly brush the hair from the top down, that is really not the purpose of such a brush, in my opinion. Had the mesh cylinder not been there, the bristles would have been plenty long enough to grab the hair from above or below and style it, as they appear to be about 1″ long from the center. Unfortunately, neither the end caps nor the cylinder can be removed.As a result, this Belisimo round brush may be unusual looking but is not functional as a styling brush, at least for a man’s hair. It is quite expensive for what it is and unfortunately, I simply cannot recommend it. I award it 2 stars.

Mermaid hair brush
If you have a mermaid lover in your life then you need to get her this! The cutest round hairbrush with a mermaid tail as the brush handle! My toddler was so excited for this and actually let me brush and style her hair because it was a mermaid! Highly recommend! Hope they make a whole set of all the types of brushes because this is a winner.

It feels rather awkward.
Yes, I can see why some would love this because of the mermaid tail handle. And that is cute if youâre in to that sort of thing. But it makes it a little odd when holding in your hand. And the weight isnât balanced at all so the bristle end of the brush is quite a bit heavier and therefore even more awkward to hold. The actual brush part is fine. I just personally donât care for the really cheap, lightweight handle at all.

Nice and soft brush
I was expecting a round brush to assist when blow drying my hair but instead received a flat brush as shown in my picture photo. The brush I received has very soft bristles and is super wide so I cannot use as a rounded brush. This brush is lightweight with very soft bristles and does allow me to blow dry my hair and keep it a little less frizzy. I’ll use this as a backup brush to brush out my hair at night before going to bed.

Nice brush.
I liked this round hair brush. This brush makes it very easy to add volume to my hair at the roots while blow-drying my hair. I have short and thin hair, I donât know how it will work on thicker hair, but this brush was perfect for my hair. I also love the cute design of this round brush.
