Works great, no complaints. It IS a bit high-pitched but I think that’s the point. The high frequnecy cleans the retainers.Pictures posted for reference. Did it remove ALL the yellow? No. But it did remove a bunch of gunk that was on there, which I’m greatful for! I am going to see if my seconrd retainer stays clear with habitual use of this product. I have good faith it should keep it clean.

Stops working after 3 months
bought this item in January and now it is February and the item has stopped working. It makes a very loud noise and then does not clean the retainers very disappointed.

Works great!
It’s definitely audible, but not intrusive; it’s only on for a few minutes.I don’t notice the sound it makes when on the shower.I put my mouthguard in without rinsing it to see how good it really is. After the cleaning cycle, there was no thickngunky saliva left on my mouthguard.Would recommend!

Worked Three Times
I bought this retainer cleaner for my son as a Christmas gift. It worked three times. Itâs listed as non-returnable. Therefore, I donât know what I can do, but throw it out and buy a different brand.
