Works well, the light is great when the overhead lights are off
The light shows you all the dirt on the floor. The battery doesnât last super long, but it has three speeds and is reasonably strong. keeps tile floors clean looking. Very easy to clean and empty.

Wow!!!
I bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didnât even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile.For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You canât see how dirty your floors really are or itâs full cleaning abilities in daytime.

Great for the price
I have a been a shark person for the past 15 years, and found that they have greatly risen in price and have never tried anything else. I got this recently and it has been nothing but great to use. It’s so light and monuverable around and under furniture. The flexibility of the sectional tube, the attachments all interchanging. Very easy to operate and the max power button is enough in most cases. If you need anything more you need a full size or a shop vac. Charges quickly, seems to be built solid, very easy to clean with removable washable filters. Great option.

From Treasure to Junk
Let me preface this by saying that I’ve suffered from OCD since birth and I would consider myself a vacuum expert at this point since I’ve been vacuuming daily for about 30 years now. Cool, huh! Anyways, I bought this in August 2023 when my Dyson was being repaired. At first, I actually preferred it to the Dyson as it maneuvers nicely and the lights really make a big difference in getting all the dirt off the floor. Fast forward 3-ish months to Nov 2023, when the thing completely dies on me. Instead of sending a replacement, the company made me go back and forth about 15 emails where they required I send them photos, videos, etc. as well as videos of me doing required “tests” – just for them to send me a replacement motor. Guess what – now it turns on and sucks up dirt – BUT – the dirt does not stay in the hose. As soon as you finish vacuuming, everything you have just vacuumed falls out. I then need to literally vacuum up after my vacuum. Now, they want more videos and have again refused to replace it. This is manufactured in China, and believe me, it shows. Back to the Dyson!

Stronger suction, quieter and longer battery life than our Dyson ever was.
I’d give this only a 3 if it weren’t for the very easy and fast customer service from Tineco with the 2 issues we’ve had. First is the dustbin broke. Kinda a poor design and I’m guessing it will break again within a year, but it’s a $20 replacement. Oh well The customer service made it super easy to send a photo of the issue and then they mailed out the part, easy fix. The second issue was the charging cord stopped working and they sent out a replacement very quick after sending them a short video showing them the issue as well. The replacement cord is much better quality and wont have same issue I’m guessing.All in all, great product, just make that dustbin a little more durable.

LOVE this little stick vac! I researched the snot out of vacs before purchasing. Yes, the Dyson is king but at 4x the price I could not justify it. I got this for my 350 sq ft remote office that has commercial carpet tile squares. It works PERFECT! Great suction on the carpet squares and I don’t even need to use the MAX setting. It pulls a lot out of the carpet and I have to empty it quite often. Highly recommend!

Barely lasted a year – replaced filter and still says filter needs changing and still won’t operate
This vacuum was bought for our son who does not vacuum frequently. He did not mind using this vacuum because it was lightweight and easy to use and did a decent job vacuuming both carpet and vinyl plank flooring. After owning a year and using only about twice a month to vacuum, the filter light turned red and shut the vacuum off and indicated the filter needed changing. We ordered replacement filters. After our son replaced the manufacturer’s filters, the red light still indicated the filter needed changing, and the vacuum would not operate.This vacuum is less expensive than similar stick vacuums, but “you get what you pay for”. The price is still too expensive to barely last a year. We will stick with buying name brand vacuums in the future even if we have to pay more.

Great vacuum
Great vacuum! I have breathing issues from cancer & canât use a regular full size one anymore due to weight. This 1 is great. I have a GSD & I have to empty the canister due to his hair often but itâs powerful enough going from hardwood to carpet without issue
