Very impressive!
My husband and I are not the ‘techy’ kind, so we were a little intimidated by the programming functionality and therefore dragged our feet a couple of months before finally summing up the courage to do it. To our great delight, the instructions were very easy to follow and we figured it out! We were so impressed with the technology! We got our whole house mapped, we even got fancy and ‘merged’ to areas into one, then we let Kermit (that’s what we named ‘him’) have at it. We have used the Roomba for years but have wanted a vacuum that also mops the floors. Having this one is AMAZING! I have a bad back, and vacuuming and mopping (especially the latter) cause me to be in severe pain for hours after cleaning. My husband vacuums, but he does not mop as well as I do, haha. This robot is just what we needed. It’s wonderful you can use it just for vacuuming, or both vacuuming and mopping. We set up areas where the mopping is skipped (carpets, rugs, etc) and it was way easier than we we had anticipated, even for a couple of old school, not too technologically savvy people. Great buy!!!

Hell yea!
This vacuum has become my best friend! Having two littles and no time to clean, this little vacuum has been a blessing. You can have it map out your house and have it clean where you want, when you want. I am amazed by what it picks up and it is so easy to clean. Rarely when I do get time to put my feet up, my little friend makes me feels happy when it’s doing the work for me. This is one purchase I would buy over and over again. It is so smart too! Even the mapped out rooms that have toys scattered, it just goes around and cleans where it can. The app is great and easy to control. You can adjust the volume and suction. You can manually control it which can make for a fun game with the kids. The mopping option is great too. If you want it to mop just put on the mopping attachment and program where to go. If you just want it to vacuum, take the mopping attachment off. Love it!!!

GREAT for a small space; Competently avoids obstacles
Let me give you some context.1. I have a Neato D6 vacuum for all the downstairs common areas in the house. After about 2 years, it became one headache after another. It’s now 5 years old, and I hardly ever wake up to find it hasn’t gotten stuck somewhere on something. So that’s the baseline for my expectations.2. This Tikom vacuum cleaner was purchased just to clean a much smaller, and somewhat maze-like part of the house which gets dirty fast and which is inaccessible to the household Neato vacuum.Considering the Neato was literally 6x the cost of this Tikom unit, my expectations were low here, but so were my requirements, so I thought it worth giving it a go. It’s now been running twice a day for about a week and I am honestly really quite impressed. Of course, we’ll see whether it holds up in the long run.POINTS OF INTEREST:Here are some points of interest I’ve observed:- In the context of this small, albeit labyrinthian space, it has never gotten stuck on anything and it’s never dropped below 80% battery life.- It’s surprisingly quiet. Like, I actually do think you could run this in a bedroom while you sleep, provided you’re a somewhat heavy sleeper and perhaps you’re used to droning noises (e.g., fans, AC units).- The suction is good, but I doubt this would face real heavy-duty cleaning tasks. However, since it’s running twice a day, the conditions never reach the point of “heavy duty”.- Like the last point, the mopping functionality is referred to kind of generously. This isn’t really “mopping” anything. It’s just dragging a damp rag across the ground. But, here’s the thing, in practice, if you start with a clean floor, this thing helps it stay that way a lot longer. It’s not going to clean up a real mess, but if you keep the reservoir full and replace the pad every day or so, it all but halts the creep of grime build up, and that is honestly not even something I knew I wanted and it’s great.- The brush is only about 50% the width of the robot, and I thought that would be a problem, but it doesn’t appear to be at all in practice. I have a dog that is hell bent on leaving fur everywhere and this thing never leaves any of it behind.DRAWBACKS:Okay, now there are some drawbacks that I think are worth mentioning. Personally, none of these have been a serious problem for me in my context, but I can imagine if you expected this thing to clean a whole house, you’d quickly bump into the negatives.- The dust bin is really quite small. In the roughly 160 square feet of space my robot has to clean, the dust bin needs emptying about once a day. I forgot once and it was jam packed the following afternoon. I don’t think it would be capable of tackling the almost 1000 square feet of space in the main house without being emptied half way through.- The water reservoir is really very small. You can set the water flow for the mop feature in the settings of the app, but anything less than “high flow” doesn’t seem to make the pad wet enough to do much. With my robot running twice a day (two passes in the morning, and one in the evening) the reservoir needs filling daily. Again, it would be empty well before it got through the whole main floor of the house.- The app is surprisingly good, but also disappointing in its limitations. For example, you can set up a schedule, but you cannot define specifics about what it should do on that schedule. You cannot have it vacuum on high in the morning, and low overnight. You cannot have it mop with a high flow at night, and vacuum with a low flow mop in the morning. All of the settings for how the device should run are set at the device level, and the schedule only defines when it should run, not how it should run.- Removing the dust bin is easy, but putting it back in is a little frustrating. It clicks in really easily and satisfyingly once you get the alignment right, but getting the alignment right is kind of tedious for some reason. Not a big deal, but could be better.CONCLUSION:I would say for a small, medium traffic space, this is a surprisingly good device and at about $150 I wouldn’t hesitate. Yes, it does require regular maintenance in the form of replacing the pad, emptying the bin, and refilling the reservoir pretty much daily, but in exchange for that less than 90 seconds of effort, the floor basically stays spotless without any other intervention and I would call that more than worth the money and effort.

Almost Flawless Robot Vacuum and Mop
‘ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for about six months now, running it three times a week. Overall, it has been a reliable and efficient addition to my cleaning routine. However, there is one small drawback: it’s relatively tall compared to other models, which means it doesn’t always fit under low furniture or tight spaces. As a result, I occasionally have to manually clean under the edges and low-profile areas.Another feature that could be a bit inconvenient for some users is the need to manually remove and clean both the mop cloth and the pre-filter after each use. While this isn’t a huge deal for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a completely hands-off experience. On the plus side, the setup instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, making it simple to get started. One of the biggest advantages of this robot is its affordability. Compared to many other similar products on the market, it’s significantly cheaper, while still offering dependable performance. It’s also fairly easy to program, making it a great value for those seeking a budget-friendly yet functional robot vacuum and mop.

Best Robo Vac EVER!
For this price point you will not get a best product! She goes over rugs and thresholds of varying heights with ease. The mapping is the only thing that could be improved but it is very accurate. The issue only that I have noticed are long curtains and/ or bedskirts, she thinks the are walls but you can make no- go zones that can avoid those items. The mop is an added bonus!! Once you remove the mop pad she automatically switch to vac mode. You can select no mop zones to keep your rugs dry….. again best value for this price point.

Great suction power
Wow! This machine works great on my carpet, goes for a long time, will cover a large area with ease. It will stay away from the stairs and will go back to the charging station by itself!! It saves me a lot of extra work! Great price too!

Recently added this robot vacuum and mop to my home cleaning arsenal and it has exceeded my expectations in most aspects. It has surprised me with its intelligence, efficiency, and convenience with its control through its app.It navigates effortlessly, switches cleaning modes automatically from hardwood to carpet(area rugs), and adjusts suction power accordingly for great cleaning results. The floor layout detection is pretty accurate, which impressed me.Another standout feature of this robot vacuum is its quiet operation. It glides across floors with soft wind blowing sound, allowing me to carry on with my day without disturbance.Battery life is another thing I want to mention, it covers a significant area on a single charge, so it doesn’t need to charge very often. The app adds another layer of convenience and functionality to the vacuum robot. It has a lot of features available – not only does it allow for easy scheduling of cleaning sessions, but it also allows for customizing cleaning patterns and monitoring its progress in real-time.I am very pleased with my experience with this beautiful tiny robot. Highly recommended!

After using the Tikom L8000 robot vacuum and mop for about a week, I must say that the Tikom robot is smart, quiet, high quality, and had strong suction when vacuuming. The app is very intuitive and easy to install, use, and connect to the robot. I love the smart mapping technology. It can set up different zones. I also can see where it’s vacuumed and where it’s not and easily see where the vacuum robot is on the map.The vacuum and mop 2 in 1 is a smart design. It doesn’t have to mop after vacuum. I’ve once bought a robot vacuum and a vacuum cleaner before. Now Tik robot vacuum has saved me so much time from vacuuming and mopping.Overall it exceeds my expectations in terms of performance. I am very pleased with this experience and highly recommend this product.

Due to 2.4GHz wifi limitation I had to make some changes in our home network, which lead to additional expenses.Adding device in the automatic mode failed. The manual mode succeeded effortlessly, I just followed the steps described in the manual, which is substantial, well-written and helpful. The map that the device created did not exactly match the room perimeters. For example, the cleaning area of the dining area included a small adjacent part of the kitchen. The editing on a small mobile screen was a bit cumbersome .Now the good stuff. It does a good job cleaning and mopping. The mapping (LIDAR) functionality is good. The app (Android) is well-designed and easy to use. Whole-area cleaning, selected room cleaning, spot cleaning, zone cleaning.I have not tried Alexa or Google integration yet.
