This vacuum sucks – in a good way!
This is the third robot type vacuum I have owned, and so far I love it the best, and it was the least expensive! For the money, this thing is a great option if you need a robot vac. I was a little hesitant at first because it’s a brand I’ve never heard of, but I am very pleased. Great suction, but could use a slightly bigger dirt trap. I have a lot of cat hair and it does a great job. It covers the area really well. I also tried the “mop” feature in my kitchen. I love that it comes with magnet strips to keep it in the area I want to mop. While it doesn’t clean as well as a real mop would, it does a good wipe over and sweeps it at the same time. The app was easy to connect and I set a cleaning schedule so it will come on automatically when I want. Overall, I would definitely recommend this.

Vacuum and mop All in one!
I love this that it vacuums and mops. Works very good. First time using this brand. I robot we’ve used for years and love it also. Very easy to add the water for mopping and very easy to empty the dirt bin. Is it a set up to the Wi-Fi. Even at 69 years old 🙂

Works amazing hard wood and carpet
This little robot is fantastic. Cleans up small particles and pet hair amazingly. I put carpet boost mode on and suction set to strong and it does the carpet so well you can see the lines of where itâs gone. For reference, I vaccumed with my normal vacuum prior to running this then let it run, the amount it got was CRAZY. I will say, if you do use this for pet hair or have long hair that sheds you will likely have to clean the bottom brush out. It is a super easy process clicks right out and you can untangle whatever hair is trapped. Itâll also let you know when this needs to be done. The only problem Iâve noticed so far is depending on where you set the charging base it can struggle to get back. The more open of a place you have it in the better. Have yet to try the mop function but for the price this is a great product.

May never use a handheld vacuum again
One disclaimer–the first one broke down after a few weeks and we had to exchange it (something with the sensor it seemed) but the replacement seems to be working even better so maybe it was a factory issue from the start.We have a cordless Shark and the suction on the floor attachment is so bad I shied away from any robot vacuum for years, but I saw this on sale here and decided to give it a go from the reviews. The suction is amazing (even on the gentle setting, I usually use strong) and you’ll feel like a filthy pig the first few days you run it because even if you think your carpets are clean, the dustbin will be full every time. Plus it can get under the beds and some of the armchairs. We have two cats and it does a great job of picking up the daily hair dump as well (and as a bonus, they like to follow it around the house).The second one seems to do a much better job than the first of finding its way around our place without going over the same areas repeatedly; it makes its way from kitchen to living room to bedrooms easily. Again, makes me wonder if the first one had a factory issue from the start. The one thing this one and its predecessor do seem to have an issue with though is getting back to the charging base, but that’s not a big deal for me. Pick it up and put it on there, you have to empty the dustbin before it runs again regardless. I’ve been toying with moving the location of the charging base to a “mid” point in the house and that seems to help.The noise level even on strong suction is tolerable; I can watch TV with it running around. Have not used the mop function on either one; we don’t have a lot of non-carpet floor space and we have a steamer for that. The battery will go about and hour and a half, which for our place is enough time for it to get around the entire place at least once. You can schedule times on the app for it to run when you’re not home; if it gets stuck (and it does from time to time, under a chair or a wire or sock gets caught in it) you get an error message on your phone.For the price, roll the dice and try it. Definitely the best investment for a household gadget we made this year.UPDATE–We’re still so impressed by the first one that we bought a second one as the first one doesn’t quite have enough battery to get the whole house. I run them both at the same time starting on opposite sides of the house and it’s great. Price is even cheaper this year than last.

Llevo una semana usándola y estamos muy contentos. Investigamos mucho en cuanto a prestaciones, precio, etc. El precio nos salió muy bueno (la compramos en Black Friday) pero aún a su precio normal es buena compra. Tenemos perro y recoge estupendamente los pelos. La fregada es buena pero si tienes alguna “mancha” en el suelo no te la va a quitar ya que es un trapo mojado lo que pasa pero te deja el suelo muy limpio. Trae recambios de todo y es cierto que para volver a la estación de carga se vuelve loca, pero no es nada que moleste. La app es fácil de usar (probé a ponerla en marcha desde la calle y funcionó). Ce robot aspire et lave en même temps, par contact de la lavette au sol, on peut avec la télécommande ou Alexa, changer les directions, laver les bords ou insister sur des taches au sol difficiles à partir. Très facile d’utilisation, léger, facile à nettoyer après usage. Silencieux ou presque, en mode normal, on peut mettre plusieurs forces d’aspiration. Je suis entièrement satisfaite. Reçu avant le jour J. Il me reste à installer Alexa, ce qui est simple, avec l’application adéquate. Voir dans la durée. Mais j’ai déjà des robots, pour laver les vitres, laver le fonds de ma piscine, etc.. tous ont plus de deux ans. Donc, je ne me fais pas de souci pour mon TIKOM. Je recommande ! le service après-vente répond rapidement pour aider ou autres conseils. Merci à eux, c’est plus qu’appréciable .

I got this to replace a Mi robot that I used for years. It’s.. sad. Or actually, it’s offensive. This is the dumbest appliance you could get, even if we include a toaster and a regular broom. It cannot do ANYTHING of value, its navigational abilities are worse than anything I’ve ever seen and I cannot believe that this will ever work in any environment that isn’t an empty warehouse (and even there it would be stupidly bad and bump around aimlessly with no planning or strategy). Honestly, I wish I could send this back. I’ll probably toss this brand new unit into the trash and get a proper vacuum bot instead. Please don’t buy this. It is bad. Imagine looking at the vacuum bot and sighing in defeat. It’s that bad. Do. Not. Buy.
