This was my 3rd robot purchase in a wk. The 2nd one of the 3 didn’t include a remote control + it’s app needs too much personal info to use it. The 1st robot wasn’t doing as it should at all + was acting stupid + crazy. Also, when I went onto it’s app to register it, it kept saying I was purchasing a completely different model + I couldn’t get help in changing that thru their Customer Service dept. They wanted a screenshot or video, which makes no sense, plus I’m too technically stupid to do that, besides, It was as if they were answering the wrong question.THEN, I purchased this wonder robot. (I named her Pearl because of her beautiful white color) I bought a lovely decal for Pearl that matches her beautiful, blue lights.😎 I’m in my 60’s + getting somewhat rickety so actually need her help. She does what one would expect plus much more. My husband helped me set her up this am after charging her overnight. For one thing, she works FINE by simply using the REMOTE ALONE, not needing to use it’s app at all. She’s fully functional without it, including the 3 mopping modes + 3 power levels.Today she’s vacuumed our entire LR + hallway, + after a short recharge + break for us, she went onto completely vacuuming + mopping our kitchen AND bathroom with no problems.After my 1st 2 loser robots, Pearl’s perfect in everyway. I ordered her accessories package before even unboxing her. I had some weird vibes she’d finally be the right robot for me. She even talks + gives me directions. Even our 110 lb dog approves. He playfully pounced at her 1x then ignored her.Pearl is perfection at a gr8 price with easy to understand instructions. She’s sold me over + I’m both pleased + relieved I finally bought her.Also, she has a lg water tank + dust bin. For mopping, I found if I saturate her blue, mopping cloth on the mopping attachment she mops better. Like a slightly more wet version of a Swiffer Wet Jet mop. ( that was using the 3rd + highest mopping mode available, letting out the largest amt of water.)AND, OH, their customer service is wonderful. I’m so glad I bought her.

It works just as intended
We live in a small apartment with all tile, so I can’t give a review on carpet – others have said it’s fine on carpet that isn’t tall/shag. I believe it!So far, it’s been a great addition for us. We rarely sweep anymore unless the cats make a huge mess. The manual mode is decent for picking up any messes! (Of course I do NOT mean the cat’s waste. One quick internet search of that will give you nightmares).The mapping functionality isn’t terrible, but I do agree with others that I find myself wishing I could mark an area in the app for it to avoid. Luckily for us, it’s all tile and we have a door to shut off the bedroom (where unfortunately it gets stuck under our bed – it is JUST the right height to let it go under and get it stuck). This could be fixed with some wood which I plan on doing. (Or more of those strips, which works for us where there is a cliff in the kitchen). Everywhere else it does a superb job of going around objects that it bumps into.I see now the price is even lower at $99 for black Friday. This is a steal at this price! I paid $150 a couple of years ago and it’s been so worth it.As for mopping, as others have said it’s nothing compared to good ol elbow grease. But for us with only cats, it works fine.I love that it’s all controllable in the app as well.11/10 here for the price, I honestly don’t see how any other brand could be better.

Llevo una semana usándola y estamos muy contentos. Investigamos mucho en cuanto a prestaciones, precio, etc. El precio nos salió muy bueno (la compramos en Black Friday) pero aún a su precio normal es buena compra. Tenemos perro y recoge estupendamente los pelos. La fregada es buena pero si tienes alguna “mancha” en el suelo no te la va a quitar ya que es un trapo mojado lo que pasa pero te deja el suelo muy limpio. Trae recambios de todo y es cierto que para volver a la estación de carga se vuelve loca, pero no es nada que moleste. La app es fácil de usar (probé a ponerla en marcha desde la calle y funcionó). Dieser Saugrobotter war unser erster Versuch für die Räume im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses (Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer etc.). Wir haben den Roboter eigentlich nur angeschafft um hier mehrmals wöchentlich eine kleine Grundreinigung ablaufen zu lassen.Positiv:- Akkulaufzeit ist gut- Rückkehr zur Ladestation hat, bis auf ganz wenige Ausnahmen, immer perfekt funktioniert- arbeitet schnell und die Reinigungsleistung ist in Ordnung- App funktioniert zuverlässig, Einrichtung geht leicht und schnell von der Hand- zusätzliche Möglichkeit den Roboter am Gerät selbst oder per Fernsteuerung zu aktivierenNeutral:- Wischfunktion wäre ausbaufähig aber dafür wurde das Gerät nicht gekauft. Das Handling ist doch ein wenig umständlich und wer darauf Wert legt sollte sicher anderweitig bessere Geräte finden. Wie gesagt, für uns nicht relevant- Staubbehälter ist sehr klein und man bekommt keine Anzeige diesen zu leeren, muss also selbst beobachtet werdenNegativ:- relativ laut, wird daher meist eingesetzt wenn wir nicht zuhause sind oder uns eben in einem anderen Stockwerk aufhalten- längere Haare (Mensch und Tier) verwirren sich gerne in der Bürste, kann man aber realtiv einfach entfernen wenn man dies regelmäßig machtInsgesamt trotzdem 5 Sterne da das Gerät für diesen Preis gut und zuverlässig funktioniert und insgesamt empfehlenswert ist.
