A Game-Changer for RV Maintenance
After several months of using the Thetford Tank Blaster, I feel compelled to share my experience with this outstanding product. Having owned my RV for a few years, dealing with tank maintenance has always been a task I’d rather avoid. However, the Thetford Tank Blaster has completely changed my perspective on this chore.Features:- Easy to Use: The instructions are straightforward. Simply drop a pod into the tank, add water, and let it do its magic. It’s that easy.- Powerful Cleaning Action: The Tank Blaster boasts an impressive cleaning formula that effectively breaks down waste and paper, leaving the tank clean and odor-free.- Safe for Tanks: It’s designed to be safe for both grey and black water tanks, which was a major selling point for me. Knowing that it won’t damage my tank’s sensors or seals gives me peace of mind.Performance:From the very first use, I noticed a significant difference in both the cleanliness of the tank and the reduction of unpleasant odors. The Thetford Tank Blaster works remarkably well, tackling even the most stubborn waste and residues. The cleaning process is now much less of a hassle, and I’ve noticed that my tank sensors are giving more accurate readings since I started using this product.Value for Money:Considering the ease of use, effectiveness, and the amount of product you get for the price, I believe the Thetford Tank Blaster offers excellent value for money. It’s competitively priced, especially when you factor in the cost savings from preventing potential tank issues and the peace of mind it provides.Overall:The Thetford Tank Blaster has been a game-changer for my RV maintenance routine. It’s incredibly effective, easy to use, and reasonably priced. For anyone looking to simplify their tank cleaning process and maintain their RV’s plumbing system efficiently, I highly recommend this product. It has exceeded my expectations and has earned a permanent spot in my RV maintenance kit.

everyone should be utilizing this
We used this for years about every 6 months to help keep our tanks clean. Works. Soak with this, use pressure wand. Nice clean black tank

Works well
The only problem I have is having to dump again. For people like me that don’t have a dumping place at home, it cost more money. You pay to empty your tanks, then fill with water and pay to dump again. The blaster works, cleans the sensors really good, then add another, in my case, $10.

New rv used it for sensors
Just to tell you nothing except a proper hosing out will clean off your sensors once poop has stuck to them. We had our tank professionally cleaned and have a backwash system for our black water. We also use pinesol and calgon. Without the backwash with a hose connected you will have a large poop pancake on the floor of your tank. And these will not help a poop pancake leave your tank. Also sensors are rubbish. Never work right. If I was covered in ick I wouldn’t work right either. Lol

Thetford Tank Blaster
One dose, did the cleaning and now my black tank level sensors work. Filled my black tank until I saw the level thru the Toilet bowel. Put in a dose of Thetford Tank Blaster. I let it sit overnight and drove thru the RV park and dumped. Level now shows empty after 3 weeks of camping.

This Stuff Works!ð
I own a 2008 Sunnybrook Titan fifth wheel 33CKTS, I bought it new 15 years ago. I am big on maintenance, and the three tanks, one black and two grey, were always taken care of. But still, As many of you have experienced, the sensors stopped working anyway. Over the years, I have tried three other products that did not work for me. I came across this product Thetford Tank Blaster quite by accident. And Iâm glad I did. It worked great. My three sensors are now working. Itâs been years since I was able to push the sensor button and see three tanks that are empty when there is no water in them. My black tank has a 50 gallon capacity, while each of my gray tank capacities is 45 gallons each. I do think it is important to follow the directions and make sure that your tank is filled with water. To ensure this, I used a 5 gallon water container repeatedly to make sure that each tank would be at capacity. The math was easy. I let the chemicals sit in the tanks for about 20 hours before draining them. I did this at home, with the use of my blue boy, as I have an rv inlet valve on my sewer system. So dumping at home is not an issue for me. I am a skeptic of the first order, and I was actually surprised how well this product worked. ð

Didnât work
I instilled 1 pack and filled my tank then left for work. I work for 12 hours. Then drained the tank, filled with water and drained again. My sensors are still covered in muck. That night I filled with 2 packages and water then let sit for the night. In the morning drained and filled with water then drained again. Still nothing.I have clear connectors so I can see the fluid flowing out. Itâs mostly clear and the sensors are still caked.Iâm going back to the drawing board to get the sensors cleaned. I bought the trailer used and it came like this.

We used this product because the sensor was not working properly in our tanks. The tank cleaner did an excellent job. The sensors are working fine now.

Needed something for a build up of gasses in boat holding tank. So far this is the best. We will see as the tank gets used as to how effective they are. We used 2 to start as itâs a big boat.
