It works but there’s just a few tips…
I bought this curling brush to save time with blow drying. I have very thick shoulder length hair that must be styled after washing. If I don’t, my hair will be completely frizzy and puffy. Doing a full blowout with a dryer and round brush takes a good 30 to 45 minutes. When this curling brush came today, I washed my hair and let it mostly air dry. Then I blow dried it without a round brush. I sprayed some texture/heat protectant spray in it and used this thermal brush. It is amazing! My hair is really smooth and my ends are curled. I think I need to play with it a little more to get it really curly. Just need to work on my technique. It truly looks like I did a blowout. It’s so shiny. It did save me some time. Got my hair done in 20 minutes. I will get faster as i keep using it. Here are the few things to know.1. USE THE GLOVE it comes with. The tip does get hot.2. You may hit the temperature buttons while curling, so check the temperature if you do. Note: the buttons are similarly placed on the handle as other brands.3. Clean it after each use! I can see where this tool is going to get gunky quickly like a curling iron. If it gets gunky, it’s going to stop gliding. Let it cool and use a little rubbing alcohol and a soft toothbrush or a little straw cleaner brush to get in between the bristles.

This brush is great! I have naturally curly hair with texture and I donât have to blow dry my hair now to perfection since purchasing this tool. I typically use a boar hair round brush to blow dry out but this helps smooth out my hair after drying it.

Easy to use and gives a quick blowout look but doesnât have many temperature setting (only 2 levels), and can get caught easily if you donât use it properly. Still giving it a 4 star since it works and is as indicated in the product listing.

This hot brush tool is AMAZING!. I have used some before but they tend to get caught in my hair; this brush does not get caught in my hair as easily I think because it has thinner bristles without caps and the barrel is design to allow better airflow. This brush is not a blow dryer, but it is a heated brush that can simulate the look of as if you had used a round brush while drying your hair with a blow dryer. With that said, do not expect your hair to magically have tons of bounce and lift (a traditional blowout is going to give you way more volume) but for a quick at home styler, this tool is a great way to add some light volume and texture. I would suggest that you use this tool if are someone who has finer or thinner hair. I would also say that this is better for people with around shoulder length hair. If you’re hair is too long and wraps around the barrel of this brush too many times, you might get caught up in it. But, that’s to be expected with long hair and round brushes in general. Just be careful since this one is heated. The price is pretty good for the good quality you’re getting. Overall, I would recommend this hot brush.
