Works great, app not so much
This vacuum cleaner works great. No doubt about that. It was easy to set up the physical part of the vacuum and comes with a nice assortment of accessories and extra parts. I really like that it is quiet, it does a good job of sweeping and mopping, and it self cleans. The self cleaning is outstanding. We have used this several times and the collection tray in the robot hardly looks used at all. It cleans itself that well.One negative is at this time the website doesn’t have much information on this vacuum and the app wasn’t very intuitive for me. I had to poke around a bit to get it set up. Initially the unit mapped out my floor perfectly. But then I had to just play around with some of the options available to get the exclusion zones set up. There are other cleaning options available but it wasn’t clear how they worked so I just stuck with the simple map, made my exclusions, set the schedule and let it go.So I can say, it does work very well. Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning itself. I’d just like to see a little more digital support available. I hope this was helpful.

Doesn’t function properly
Horrible technology. If the system worked this would be a great product. However it doesn’t. It removes itself from the doc. Won’t fully charge. Can’t return itself to base. The set up was awful and the app is awful as it doesn’t work. Returned after a weeks attempt to get it to work properly

So far, i’m blown away!
I have had Neato’s and Roombas for years. I took a chance on this brand as i grew tired of my old robotics getting stuck and caught on virtually everything and constantly having to empty their bins.This thing has been a champ and makes me wonder why i gave all my money to the other name brands at all. It just works, no dirt left behind and the mopping sensor works perfectly, halting when it senses my rugs and my floors look great after each use.The app works great, the auto dumping works great, there is very little if anything to complain about.I would suggest adding a bit of solution to the dirty water bin to prevent it from stinking if you don’t empty it for a few days. The lid is tight and you wont smell it until you open it, but after I started putting a few spritz of Clorox cleaner in there, i haven’t had an issue.

Efficient, Quiet, and Simple
The product was easy to install and doesnât take up too much space. Everything is clearly mark or at least easy to differentiate. It is also quiet and doesnât disturb anyone at night. It cleans very well and the water is easy to replace, even while the robot is cleaning. If there is a problem, it is simple to solve. The voice is easy to understand and loud enough to be heard clearly even in slightly noisy environments. While the dog was wary of it at first, it doesnât bother him anymore. The cleaning itself is great, and itâs nice not having to personally do the floors. I would recommend this product.

Feature Heavy
Set up out of the box was simple and straightforward, instructions are included. First initial mapping run worked as expected and the hidden LIDAR makes getting into tighter spots a bit better. Picks up dirt and dust fairly well. I do my own mopping but ran it once to check and it’s not terrible, just don’t run it over a water puddle. App control in simple to navigate and use. The water in the main tank and robot seems to hold up just fine with no leaks or major drainage. It’s a surprisingly nice setup and looks good too. Should match a wide variety of personal decor preferences.

Doesnât work well for me
I really wanted to like this robot and had high hopes for it but it just doesnât seem to work well so far. The first cleaning was great – I loved the way it vacuumed the rugs and mopped the tile. One less task for me to worry about constantly but after a couple uses I noticed it doesnât follow the whole area it mapped. I had it mapped for only a small portion of my home because I have another robot in my primary bedroom/bathroom. And I keep the doors to my guest bedrooms closed to keep my pets out of there so the total cleaning space is our secondary living room, a hallway and the laundry room. It seems to miss the hallway most times it runs and the laundry room almost every single time. It gets stopped regularly by small things it should technically be vacuuming up. The small pieces of dog food stopped the whole robot and I donât get a notification on my phone that itâs stopped, which would be nice because then I could come find it and fix it. Right now I donât know why itâs not working but it says something is stuck despite me not seeing anything and trying to move everything to locate some kind of jam. Nothing. It seemed to do an ok job of vacuuming/mopping when it did work but that wasnât for very long so I just canât recommend this robot. The one in my bedroom cleans up a smaller square footage but not by much and it runs daily and is performing much better with far fewer issues.

WÃ¤hrend des Wischens hebt der Roboter automatisch die StaubbÃ¼rste an, sodass der Schmutz auf der BÃ¼rste nicht auf dem feuchten Boden verteilt wird. Das sorgt fÃ¼r ein sauberes und streifenfreies Ergebnis, ohne zusÃ¤tzlichen Aufwand. Besonders clever ist, dass der Roboter Teppiche erkennt und seine Reinigungsweise anpasst.Das erspart mir eine Menge Arbeit und macht die Reinigung sehr bequem.Die Verpackung ist hervorragend gestaltet. Jedes einzelne ZubehÃ¶rteil ist sorgfÃ¤ltig und sicher verpackt, sodass alles unbeschadet ankommt. Dies unterstreicht die hohe QualitÃ¤t des Produkts und macht es zu einem idealen Geschenk fÃ¼r Freunde, die gerade umgezogen sind.

Sehr gute Reinigungsleistung. Nicht zu nass oder zu trocken. WÃ¤hrend der Reinigung fÃ¤hrt er zu Station zurÃ¼ck und entleert und befÃ¼llt sich, danach macht der an der Stelle weiter. Unseren Absatz von 1,5 cm schafft er problemlos. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die LautstÃ¤rke beim saugen. Aber man kann ihn gut Ã¼ber die App programmieren. Bei uns reinigt der, wenn wir aus dem Haus sind. Den Staubbeutel musste ich erstmals nach 5 tauschen und das GerÃ¤t reinigt bei mir jeden Tag. Auch die WischtÃ¼cher haben eine lange Nutzungsdauer, da diese gereinigt und auch getrocknet werden.
