This does what I expected. It is a very narrow bar, just wide enough for a hands-together grip, which enables better muscular contraction for overhand pulldowns and lay pullovers on my pulley as compared to my rope attachment. The knurling is mild so it is not super grippy, but for what it is it does the job.It was in stock during the pandemic so itâs what I got. Otherwise I would have liked a wider, more versatile bar attachment. Regardless it is solid and no surprises.

Works exactly as expected! Nothing out of the ordinary, very solid build, does not feel cheap. In fact, is quite heavy. The grip part is rough so you may need gloves, but that is expected for this model without the rubber grips over the handled area. Definitely worth the cost!

Strong and solid, offering good grip, rotates smoothly and silently. I purchased the 14â, for convenience, but bear in mind, the 18â would likely offer more versatility in hand spacing and gripping.

I like these when I do bicep curls, drag curls, preacher curls, reverse grip curls, and front raises. The issue I find is sometimes I have to grip the ball of attachment to get the right width for doing curls which does feel uncomfortable at times. I still get a great workout with them so I will give them a high rating. That is the only issue I have with these.
