Gets lost, wont return home, doesn’t handle obstacles or rugs
I was given this as a gift without any sort of receipt. And it seems that it was quite expensive, so it was very generous of the person gifting it to me. HOWEVER….I have a fairly uninteresting main level. The floors are wood or vinyl with rugs by the doors. The rugs aren’t particularly thick. There is also an island and table in my kitchen. But the vacuum didn’t seem to be able to handle my simply layout.The vacuum spent about 30 minutes cleaning the laundry room that’s only 5×12, without many obstacles. It kept going over the same places. I think the white appliances confused it because it kept bumping into them as though it should be able to pass through them. I started to get excited when it got close to the doorway. I thought it was finally going to leave. But, it probed the doorway and then headed back into the laundry room to try going through the washer and dryer again.When it finally finished the laundry room, it made it’s way into the kitchen 14×25… with a variety of obstacles. It kept getting stuck under my cabinets. The vacuum is exactly the same height as the overhang of the cabinets, so a lot of times the vacuum would be stuck and just spin it’s tires. I think this confused the vacuum because it didn’t seem to know where it was.When I finally got fed up with watching the vacuum either getting stuck, or going over the same areas, I decided to “send it home”. It couldn’t figure out where the base is. I think this is because it’s notion of where the walls were is different than reality.The vacuum seems to have enough suction. When I opened it up, I could see that it had actually vacuumed up a lot of dirt, hair, and other stuff.The instructions for enabling Alexa aren’t complete… or aren’t clear. I’ve added many Alexa skills and have a lot of smart things. So I’m very familiar with setting up devices. I had to contact customer support. I’m still waiting to hear from them.It bothers me that I can’t buy accessories for this vacuum, even on the manufactures web site. As others have reported you can’t get brushes or filters on Amazon… or anywhere. The manual talks about “optional” equipment…. except that it doesn’t seem you can actually buy any of the “optional” equipment.I’m not impressed with this robot vacuum and I can’t say that I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonât do rugs.
This product stinks. It only runs for about twenty minutes, gets stuck on everything that isnât flat to the wood floor and wonât do carpets or throw rugs.

Doesn’t work
Charged all night. Runs for a few seconds and stops. Blue/red light then flashes. I will return.

Great vacuum!
I see a lot of people saying it keep saying abnormal brush so mine said it also and kept saying it so I just took the main brush out and it had some stuff wrapped around the metal thing and it has been working ever since great! All you have to do is take out the main brush and clean it and it should be fine!

Cannot get replacement parts/impossible to set up on phone
First, I was completely unable to setup on my phone. My Deebot was so easy compared to this albatross. Second, NO ONE can find replacement parts, and since the filter and brushes are now shot on mine, it’s a useless hunk of plastic. DO NOT BUY

Does not work
Did not work, kept stopping after a few moments saying âAbnormal Main Brushâ. Exchanged and got the same error code with the other one. Tried to call and email customer service with no response.

Works fineâ¦need a filter!
Iâve enjoyed this vac for a while now, but needing to order replacement filters and canât find them ANYWHERE!
