Fantastic product that I highly recommend. The best part about it, is that it not only removes impossible odours (which many other products couldnât) but it smells of fresh mint and not of chemicals. Love love love this stuff.

This is the 4th time I have purchased this carpet cleaner for use in my Bex Bissell cleaner. It is highly effective for cleaning my carpet especially with 3 dogs at home and I love the scent it leaves. It is also pet friendly. I use it in a spray for cleaning up spillages as well. Great product!

Works well, did not like lingering scent
First off, I will say that I have sensory sensitivities and smell is one of the major ones for me; so please keep that in mind.I have an 18-year-old dog and he just goes to the restroom where he wants when he is too tired to walk to his pads. He has a tendency to go in my daughters room and our living room rug. I used this carpet cleaner to see if it would help eliminate the urine smells. It does a great job of getting stains and the urine smell was gone. However, there was the smell of the cleaner that lasted almost two weeks, and it made me cough. I disliked the smell as it was not a “fresh” smell but more musky smell as the week went on.

great cleaner
I recently adopted 2 rescues and while both had some training they were in a new environment and had accidents. I have a rug cleaner and used Bissell shampoo but decided to give this a chance as areas were getting repeat visits. This cleaned better and left a pleasant smell that lasted for days. We are down to an occasional accident but I am so happy with how much brighter my carpets look and how great they smell that this will be my new preferred shampoo.
