Do not get this if you have thick/ethnic type hair. The bristle count is barely existent and they are super flimsy, they do not look like real boar AT ALL. I should have looked at the ratings/comments, one reviewer said they were in fact fake.I have Mediterranean/Arab thick/curly/frizzy hair and this did nothing to smooth or straighten. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product at all. I ended up getting a 12$ brush by Goody (the one with the two types of bristles) from the drug store that did the job perfectly. Go figure. Waste of 20$ IMO.

This is a good quality hairbrush. I ordered it in June 2021 and writing this review in November 2022. It has served me well. Comfortable to hold and blow dry my hair. The bristles and the handle are good quality boar bristles and wood respectively. The bristles donât shed and the wood handle hasnât come loose yet. Gives good tension on hair when blow drying. Can order it confidently.

I have very short hair and could not find a brush small enough to replace the one I had which was old and falling apart. This brush is exactly what I was looking for and it arrived in a matter of days when I was expecting it to take weeks! I’m so pleased.

Great brush. Love the bristles on it as it doesnât pull the hair causing damage. Great for the scalp to increase natural grease for healthy hair.

Pretty good, but…
I like the barrel size for loose curls, and the handle is comfortable. Long bristles let me dry more of my thick hair quickly. But a few black bristles fall out every time I use the brush, which is a negative.
