Only affordable solution for deep pile carpets – Wife is happy!
We moved into a new house about a year ago. Both the living room and dinning room had beautiful deep pile carpet. Our âtried and trueâ Oreck did the best it could plowing through the thick pile until we started to smell burning motor! Our only other option was to use the central vac system that came with the house. Talk about a royal PITA! My wife hit max frustration levels over the holidays trying to keep up with the vacuuming. As any good husband that knows – her frustration will flow down hill, so I set out to solve this issue once and for all.After massive amounts of on-line research I finally wound up at the Soniclean website. Another couple of hours researching customer reviews and I thought, what the heck – $400 is cheap if I can make her happy. I wound up ordering the vacuum from Sonicleanâs Amazon store since it was the exact same price as on their website and I could get it delivered in 4 days. The vacuum actually arrived a day early!The assembly was completed in less than 5 minutes (super simple). Itâs a great looking unit and kind of reminds me of a fancy sports car. But I digress – and off on its maiden voyage it went. I was keenly focused on my wifeâs face as she pushed the vacuum across the deep pile carpet. The smile on her face was truly a sight to be seen. The vacuum did a great job and without the struggle of either the Oreck or the central vac. She is 100% happy with the usability and the performance of the new vac.So Iâm a hero, at least for the next day or two, and very happy to have solved this problem. The vacuum bags arenât cheap, approx. $6.00 per bag, so weâll have to see how that works out long term. And, as with all appliances like this, reliability is key and that will have to be evaluated over time. For now, we are BOTH very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone fighting with deep pile carpets – it will truly change your vacuuming experience.

FINALLY one that I can push easily
This is vacuum #4 since we installed plush carpet. The others were so hard to push, they got passed on to others or returned. This one is a dream! It pushed like a vacuum should on the carpet. Looks like it’s doing a great job cleaning, too. So happy I FINALLY found one that works. I don’t care that there are no attachments – I’ll bring in the shop vac for those jobs!

Perfect Solution for High Pile Soft Carpets
After having new carpet installed, we went with the suggestion from the Mohawk Carpet information sheet and purchased this most excellent vacuum and received just yesterday.After quickly unpacking, I noticed how beautifully elegant it looked with the black/gold colors. I wasted no time in running it through the 1st floor of the house. From high pile carpet, to tile, to throw rugs which usually quickly get sucked into the vacuum, this product rose to the occasion for all our needs. I love the two speeds going from the floor to carpet and kept transitioning as I needed. Not to mention – the cord at 35′ long – takes me a long way w/out having to unplug and plug in again! I was very happy with the suction power and although I was against a bagged vacuum will grow to love it and also included was a fragrance disc which I will reorder more.It’s a bit awkward on the stairs because it’s base is larger than the stairs, and there is where I wish there were attachments that came with the product. Yes I realize for a $100 more I could have purchased but was not willing to do so.I do wish for the price, we received extra bags but will order those in the near future.We are very happy with the performance and light weight product that did an excellent job!

Amazing for thicker carpets
Love how lightweight this is compared to our last vacuum that was all plastic everything with hoses and attachments. This is just a simple upright vacuum with none of the other stuff. I’d call it old school but it has some cool features, like the vibration setting to help loosen dirt that sits deep in the carpet. It also has an indicator for when the bag is full and the bags have a unique system so they won’t release dirt when you change them. The suction is adjustable via some grates on the front that you can easily open or close to fit your carpet. This does work on hardwood and tile, but make sure you turn off the vibration first. If you have thick carpet, this vacuum is amazing. If you need all the frills and hoses and attachments, it’s not for you. The filters and bags are all HEPA as well and we have a Golden Retriever so this does well with pet hair. No tangles yet after a few months and still on the first bag even with running it 4x a week. There is an option for it to release a scent as you vacuum and you get a free one in the box. It honestly worked the first time right out of the package and then we never smelled it again. Overall, we love this vacuum!

This Vacuum does what it is advertised to do. Works great on regular carpets, if you have Mohawk silk strand or a variation it is a must have.
