Nearly Identical
Iâm pleased with this replacement filter set. The air filter is same size as OEM, while also having the same pleat density and size. Whether it is HEPA is for someone else to test. Iâm happy with it.The carbon filter has thicker walls than the OEM, smaller pellets, and a much finer mesh covering. The shape of this mesh is different as well, as it is a basic grid shape compared to the hexagonal from the OEM. This might impact air flow, but I havenât seen any difference yet. Pic 1 is OEM, pic 2 from this listing. Overall really nice for the price.

Good product, not delivered when advertised
I placed the order for same day delivery on November 10th. The whole “order within the next 3 hours to have it delivered tonight between the hours of 5pm to 10pm” bit got me. 11pm that night, no delivery. The next day? No delivery. I checked the app and the emails. At first, the product hadn’t left the warehouse. Then it left the warehouse, but it won’t arrive until the next day. Update to 2 days later. Finally it arrived on November 15th. I’m deducting 1 star for the stress caused from thinking it was going to be delivered and finding out it wasn’t even shipped yet. I know it’s not clear who was at fault and the reviews shouldn’t reflect the delivery, but hopefully someone will read this and know that the delivery times are not as advertised with this product. I hope your experiences are better than mine.Overall, it’s a great product that fits the original product precisely. Plus it made the “change filter” light finally go away. I’ll buy from this seller again, but I’m going to change the delivery date to a later time so we are both managing our expectations realistically.

These seem to do the same job as the originals but at a much lower cost. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely buy again.

Exact replacement for less money!
These are the exact replacement filters needed for winix 5500-2. The only difference is the carbon filters are heavier, which means they are better quality for less money. Will be buying again.

Air filters
Love this product because it cleans the air. Have it next to litter box and takes care of the odor. This is made for pets so it cleans up hair dandruff and dust. The carbon is washable if you want. Bought extras just incase but so far itâs lasted over 4 months. Havenât had to change it. Just change the carbon one once.
