Love this vacuum
It is our second one -the first lasted 3 years, but that’s OK. The vacuum light sees all the debris and it’s amazing how much accumulates daily. We use it mainly on hardwood. t’s so lightweight that we don’t dread the job. we’re getting too old to get out the regular vacuum cleaner that we own. Good value and does a wonderful job..

Easy to use
Vacuum is easy to use compared to my large canister vacuum. I tend to use it more because of this. I can quickly vacuum the kitchen and around the wood burning stove in a matter of minutes. Long tube on this vacuum is nice so I don’t have to bend over. Easy attachments on and off. Love the quick removal of debris canister. The carpet attachment does a ok job but not as good as my canister vacuum. Wish the battery lasted longer… but works great for quick cleanup. It only comes with one battery. I hope it last for awhile because a replacement battery is $170!

Doesn’t Last-String of Problems.
I purchased this vacuum a couple years ago, so this is a long-term review. I bought it intially because it was the winner of a YouTube video comparison I watched, for a middle priced cordless vacuum. Intially we loved it, maybe for the fist year.The first thing that broke within a few months of ownership was the wiring in the long tube part, so the lower brushes stopped working. I’m capable, so I just fixed it myself. But it was poorly made at the factory, and a second identical vacuum I have at work broke in the same way pretty quickly. Simplicity eventually sent me a replacement tube but it took a few emails back and forth and quite a bit of waiting, definitely not a headache anyone wants to endure over a simple vacuum cleaner.The second thing that broke was the hose part of the lower roller brush assy, so we had to purchase a new roller brush assy for about $100.Next, the battery gave me problems. If I put it in high suction mode, the vacuum dies in a few seconds. Customer support did not offer me any help or advice except to purchase a new battery, which we have not done. It still vacuums our whole small house, but we have to keep it in low suction mode so it doesn’t do as good of a job, and gets clogged a lot easier.Finally, the snap on the main unit broke. Things still plug in and friction keeps it in place, but it’s still annoying.I’m about ready to throw this garbage away and buy something else. I was hoping it would last a lot longer than 2.5 years.If you buy this vacuum and use it regularly, it will likely give you a string of problems and headaches throughout your ownership. Good luck!

It is the best stick broom we have ever had!
So easy to use. Multitude of heads available in addition to what it comes with. I definitely love this vacuum. This vacuum will reach anywhere, it rotates and moves effortlessly to cover all areas of the house. I can usually get 20 min out of it, if I don’t use the Turbo boost… and if I don’t use it on carpet, not with the head that comes with it, which is perfect for all the floor types. New technology on the bristles which work great on floors, along edges etc. Picks up everything, Can’t say enough about it. Favorite cordless Iâve ever owned
Bought one when our Dyson died. So light weight and easy to use. I honestly like it way better than the Dyson
