Great little vacuum for use in short bursts
We heeded the warnings of other reviewers and have not used this vacuum for longer than a couple minutes at a time. Within that constraint, it has worked very well — lightweight (we keep it in our van), great suction, easy to dump out. It does seem to heat up quickly, so don’t buy this if you need to clean continuously with it for long periods of time — get a proper shop vac.

Lightweight, good suction…one improvement needed
I like the size and power of this little vacuum, but it needs a strap. Weird thing is it has a place for a strap to snap on, but isn’t provided. I’d also prefer a longer cord. But overall, seems good for the price. I’ve only had it one day, so hopefully it lasts.

I DON’T HAVE A SEWING MACHINE, BUT….
I just received this little guy today, I used it on my mattress, bedspread, sofa and all my pillows and cushions. I cannot believe how much got sucked up!I used the hose and a small brush attachment to clean my lampshades and I cleaned behind my electric components that really needed a cleaning.This little guy is powerful with a 600 watt motor, it can clean most anything but your floor because it does not come with wands to reach the floor. The machine does get hot as others have said, I use it for awhile then give it a rest, me as well then start again.Tf this machine holds up, for me it will be a keeper! I did buy insurance on it, it was cheap enough for 2 or 3 years. My opinion, this is a great hand held vacuum cleaner weighing only 2.7 lbs and only 9 inches long, it has enough suction to do the job too for light vacuuming!

Quilt shop in Florida. Talks about the simplicity vacuum. I purchased it. The stairs going upstairs are hard for me to keep the stairs vacuum.I vacuum the stairs. Just wondering about the filter. I cleaned with brush. Need to read book. See if I can wash or reorder an filter.

Waste of Money
I ordered this and after running for less than five minutes it turned itself off and would not come back on. It was also VERY hot to the touch with a burned smell. After it cooled down it did restart but I initiated a return and had another one sent to replace it. The replacement did the exact same thing.

Purchased for light clean up in certain areas instead of dragging out the Dyson. Suction is not very strong for use with pet hair and have to get down on floor to use on floor if using for quick clean off pet hair up on carpet.

Loud, but does the job
Very nice little vacuum cleaner. Nice long electric cord, nice attachments.A bit loud, but nothing you cannot deal with for a brief little vacuum. I use it in craft area as a quick clean up.
