This Small Shop-Vac fits my needs
Has great features and price for a small Shop-Vac. I use it around the home for house cleaning. The vacuum is easy to handle with rollers. It’s lightweight and picking it up is easy too. The accessories meet my housecleaning needs well. I use the floor attachment most. I use the brush for high jobs. I use the grabber attachment for big piles of dry trash. I use the slender attachment for cleaning window sills and my car. The paper bag is easy to change. I haven’t used it for wet pickup. So many uses, and such a small footprint. I would not attempt to use this in a shop with large volumes of debris, there are other Shop-Vacs designed to do that job. I recommend this Shop-Vac.

1 1/2 Gallon Shop-Vac with Wheels
We were looking for a replacement for the one and a half gallon Shop-Vac with wheels that we had purchased approximately 25 years ago. This new model is extremely close to the one that we had, and works very well. It is quieter as well. The longer cord, the wheels and the hose provide extended vacuuming coverage. Also, it comes with an assortment of attachments that work very well. I would recommend this vacuum. One improvement that Shop-Vac could make to this product is a way to store the attachments on the product.

Well it is what it is …
From previously owning a bigger all around I was really happy with it until the motor burnt out and couldn’t find parts. Bought this one and well it’s not the same. The suction on this is like a semi-retired hooker on payday. It’s there but it’s not. As long as the vac is on, you can drag it by the hose as you work. However, when it’s not on, that feature doesn’t work because the hose is only lightly friction fitted into the vac body. As for being maneuverable, well what can I say – when on, the hose will stay put, but when you are into your job, and using the floor attachment to clean up, it will tip over on the side allowing the catch ball to be pulled up. Sad to say but it’s more top heavy and with a small holding tank, adding weight to help that issue is out of the question. Wall attachment it comes with is okay, but like my last all around I didn’t buy it to sit on a wall – I got it to do a job. Shop Vac could have and should have done better. So if you are looking for a small durable vac – this isn’t the one I would recommend for someone who really uses tools. It’ll be okay for the person who may use it once a month or something and then they can enjoy the wall attachment.

Great vacuum with a few minor shortcomings
Having owned and worn out several 2 gallon Shop-Vac All-Arounds, I set out to buy a replacement, only to find they have apparently been discontinued. The EZ 1.5 was available, so I bought one before it was too late. Compared to my previous units, this 1.5 gallon unit is notably lighter weight and easy to carry. Suction was excellent (with a new bag). It’s loud, but so were my older All-Around vacuums. A positive for this model is the blow port, which the old ones did not have. However, the port needs a baffle or deflector to dampen the air ejection when not used as a blower. The blowing action is strong enough at times to propel the vacuum cleaner on it’s wheels. Second thing negative is the hose no longer locks in place as on the old All-Around, meaning the hose can pull out of the port rather easily. I may have to make a modification to hold the hose in place better. Third, it is stated that the cord can be wrapped around the unit for storage, but there is no track or guides on the case specific to holding the cord up in place. The switches were a weak item on the old units, but I can’t say yet if this EZ has a more robust switch. We like this model, although had I found a 2 gallon version, I would have preferred that. Solid 4 stars.

The first one I received was damaged slightly. Sent it back and received a replacement the next day. This one is just fine.Shop vac speaks for itself, there good products.Up date. The hose that comes with it is cheep and not user friendly.

Did not work at all for me
This, apparently, worked really well for lots of people but it was completely useless for me. I had an email âconversationâ with the companyâs customer support in which I told them that the hose is becoming instantly plugged when I attempt to suck up some dry pine needles and dog hair or some small, dry pieces of orchid petal and was finally told, âThe only thing I would recommend would be a vac that would have a bigger hose to help prevent clogging.â It actually seems like itâs designed NOT to work. -The end of the hose that goes into the vac has a hook or C shape on the end. -The hose empties not into the main tub, but into a vacuum bag w/i the tub. When I contacted their customer care I was sure they were going to point out that I had some part connected totally wrong or something ð¤·ð¼ââï¸ Guess not.
