Best Shark Vacuum Iâve Ever Owned!!
I own a Shark Pet Lift Away Professional Series (red/white color), have had it for at least 6-7 years and I LOVE IT! The only downside is, with 2 dogs, an Aussie/Boarder collie mix, a Boxer & long haired cat, I have to vacuum a lot + empty the canister after 1 room! Not to mention the constant cutting of the hair wrap on the brush roll-Ugh!Enter the Shark Navigatorâwhich was on sale, with a self cleaning brush roll + a bigger canister! You guys, I vacuumed on 4/15, received the new Shark on 4/16, re-vacuumed the house & the pic included shows the amount of dirt/dust/hair left over from me vacuuming on 4/15! Check out the NO HAIR on the brush roll! Iâm super impressed with this vacuum!⢠Downside: no lights on this model, compete design flaw on Sharkâs end. I went ahead and purchased mini button lights on Amazon & stuck them on the vacuum(you can see the placement in pic), works like a charm! You can purchase them here Amazon: https://amzn.to/3gnn0b0⢠Only one tool fits onboard this model, as opposed to 2 tools fitting on my previous model. I believe itâs due to space from the 3x larger canister.⢠A little bit heavier than my other Shark, but so much easier to maneuver, this vacuum will slide all the way down to get under furniture, tables, etc…works on hardwoods and area rugs like a dream. Has great swivel technology.Very happy with my purchase, I own a lot of Shark products and theyâve never let me down:The Shark upright cordless duo hard floor vac with self cleaning brush roll and the Shark Carpet & hard wood floor cleaner.Shark is the best product on the market for all your cleaning needs. If you have pets, you need the Shark Navigator self cleaning brush roll vacuum! The suction power is amazing + it has edge to edge cleaning power. Grab the refurb one for a great price! For those saying the cord/hose isnât long enough, as a Shark owner, those 2 things are as long as my other vacuum.

Best Vacuum Yet
I bought this as an Amazon refurbished model last year after Christmas. Kind of skeptical about if in fact it would not wrap hair around the beater thing. But I’m here to report almost a year later that there is still no hair around that. Darn thing. I am so impressed. It has been a game changer. So easy to keep clean and I cannot love shark enough.

Great for pet owners
Amazing vacuum. Works great on cat litter and hair.Pros: Suction, cup capacity, lightweight, no cat litter kick-backsCons: Size (sort of)I have 4 cats and a dog, meaning I need something that can pick up pet hair and cat litter. I bought this to replace a Shark Rocket that finally kicked the bucket after years of battling Great Pyrenees hair. I loved the Rocket too, but this one (Navigator Zero-M) is much more powerful and has a larger dust-cup capacity. I love that the Navigator doesn’t “kick back” cat litter at you like some other vacuums do. It all goes in, even if you’re cleaning up a big pile of litter an over-zealous kitty dug out of the box. Even with a bunch of heavy cat litter and hair in the cup, it doesn’t lose suction. I could probably clean the whole 1200sqft house in one pass if I wanted.Suction power is adjustable via a slider in case you need a little less suck for a thin doormat or something (reminds me of a carpet height dial some other vacuums have but better). The hard floor setting keeps the brushes moving too so it can pick up debris that is stuck to the floor like mud-crusted leaf pieces. The self-cleaning bristles seem to actually be self-cleaning, too! No more hair-wrap!The only cons I can think of (that I wouldn’t even have thought of if I wasn’t so attached to the old Shark Rocket) are that this doesn’t slide under the bed like a stick vacuum, and it’s a little harder to use in stairs. But I’m sure I can fix both of this things by buying an attachment.Overall I’m super happy with this vacuum. Compared to the Shark Rocket and the Miele I’ve used before, this Navigator is my favorite. Plus, I bought it renewed for a great discount!

Very nice and works well
It works very well and all the accessories are easy to reach and use. There is only one problem I have found and that is the difficulty to push on carpets.I have weak wrists. I get very tired and my wrists get very sore by the time Iâm done vacuuming even a small room. I assumed now days the vacuums automatically have a self driving feature. That is my only complaint.Patty Fish

Best vacuum Iâve ever owned
The vacuum arrived quickly. The box is heavy. Itâs easy to put together. Itâs easy to use, but slightly heavy if you are an older individual. The cord is long, which is good, but it does get in my way as most vacuum cords do. I have a dog and I vacuum every day, but I never felt the carpet was clean. After one use of this new shark vacuum, more hair and dirt came out of the carpet than ever before. Great suction. Easy to empty. The attachments are easy to use. Itâs quieter than I expected. It doesnât scare my dog. Very happy. I highly recommend this vacuum. *****

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste youre money!! Honestly the suction is not great, you will need to go over the same spot 3 times for it to pick everything up. I bought my shark this past October, so it is less than a year old and it is very poor quality. The suction is not great, and I’m meticulous about the filters being clean. Ontop of that its supposed to be able to maneuver all around to get into tight spots and it was built terrible. The bottom part has never been stable, and it broke on the inside and then also snapped the outside peice. There is no reparing it or replacing it. You would have to buy the whole bottom part of the vaccum which goes for no less than 100 dollars!! This shark is not easy to move around and is very heavy!! Literally a giant hunk of junk and waste of 200 dollars!! I decided to go buy a Bissell powerforce helix from Walmart for 60 dollars and my carpets have never been cleaner!! It works great on both carpet and hard floors and doesn’t shoot dirt everywhere like the shark!! SAVE YOURSELF 200 BUCKS AND GET THE BISSEL FROM WALMART!! You certainly won’t regret it like you would regret wasting your money on the shark!!!
