I was looking forward to using this vacuum. After a couple uses, it dies so fast. Used it for an hour and I had to recharge. So inconvenient, it really sucks when youâre in the middle of cleaning and have to stop all of a sudden

This is fun to use and Does a Great Job!!
I was vacuuming with my 7 year old Shark Navigator and then mopping with my O-Cedar spin Mop. That was killing my back. I could not afford Tineco or the iRobot vacuum/mops. First I saw a Bissell Cross wave but again too expensive. I have always loved Shark/Ninja products. This thing rocks!!. It cleans pretty good its super light and almost propels itself. Picks up hair very well. In he house is myself and my two daughters .I have a 1500sq foot home with tile and Linoleum floors upstairs you see my stone tile. I did bottom floor on an a single charge before it needed about two hours to recharge. Then did my master bedroom, master suite, walk in closet , laundry room and hallway, my office and my daughters room and bathroom and stairs. Stair’s are a bit of a challenge, I let my 9 y/o do those lol. I don’t see it any louder than a traditional vacuum and suction is great. The mopping is good you may have to go over stubborn or sticky spots a few times but you would with a traditional mop as well. It doesn’t use much water and your floors will not be saturated. You may find yourself looking closely to see if they are even wet lol. Floors dry before you practically move on to a new area. The smell of the cleaning solution is decent, I’d love a honeysuckle but I’m just goofy lol. The brush is very nice and the self cleaning function is wonderful!! When you remove the brush head just take a paper towel and grab the very little debris left behind and you’re good. The filter and dirty water tank is very easy and it gets it ALL!! I bought the refurbished model for $212.99 and I feel it’s worth it. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now lol. There was a crumb on my office floor today from lunch and I almost carried the Hydrovac upstairs just to scoop it up lmboð¤£ð¤£ð¤£ . But I didn’t I used my hand held Shark vac. Love this it comes in handy when you want to mop sweep at the same time it really cleans well this is great for someone that has a disability with there body

Itâs not worth the buy.
This product is a total disappointment. I was already disappointed the first try of this vacuum cleaner but I gave it a benefit of doubt and tried it out for about 3 months. Till today my family and I feel that weâve wasted money on this product. It doesnât clean well, regardless dry surface or wet one. The vacuum cleaner smell bad if I donât change or empty the water/dust compartment. It vacuums and mop at the same time – so cumbersome and so inconvenient! The power of sucking dust is 1 out of 10. The mopping function is a 2/10.It is easy to assemble this machine and itâs light in weight but the purpose & performance of this vacuum cleaner is horrible. We just want to return it back and simply buy an old fashion vacuum cleaner which does its pupose.

Very nice
I really really love this product . It helps me every single day with my house duties. You just have to change every day the water tank . It leaves my house very clean

A little disappointed
The product cleans well enough. But doesnât hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. Have to put it back on the charger to finish the job.

Itâs fabulous
Took me a minute to download owners instruction manual but everything else a breeze.I love it love it love it.It only took me 10 minutes to vacuum and mop living room lve area rug, kitchen dining room, hall and bathroom.It had some charge on it when I got it and had some left when I did self cleaningâ¦. Yaâll it was so easy.I canât wait till it charges overnight. Iâm going to do my friends whole house of hardwood floorsâ¦Then my nephews and my brothers.Iâm sure they will all want one.Itâ moves like it may be self propelled..not sure itâs easy, itâs fun. It really really works. And I got a refurbished oneâ¦Iâm getting rid of my mop bucket and old corded vacuum.No need for anything else. Oh when I first turned it on it was hard to push and didnât seem to be putting water outâ¦ I didnât know a piece of foam was still taped to bottom roller. I removed that and it took off. So check the bottom.. Iâm so tickled!!!

Exellent Vacuum Mop
I love it saves so much time being able to vac and mop all my hardwood and tile floors in 1 step and great for area rugs as well. Only negative and why I am giving 4 instead of 5 is I wish it had a vacuum only mode if I want to do a quick vacuum without mopping. All and all it’s great ð
