Have had this vacuum for 2 months and itâs already working horribly. Literally just pushing crumbs around. They wonât let me return either. Donât waste your money on this model. Get a different shark. Iâve always had good things to say about shark but this model is just horrible

Great vacuum, wheres the instructions?
I received my Shark vacuum today. It came in a generic cardboard box, and there were zero instructions included or warranty papers. Clearly this came from someone else prior, but now I cannot register my product.

Defective
Arrived missing pieces, specifically the handle and hose. I was moving and opened it past the 30 days and cannot return it and now have a vacuum cleaner that I cannot use.

Disappointed in Shark
With 3 dogs, Shark has been our go to, but this particular model is disappointing. It’s pretty flimsy for the price, and doesn’t have the suction power of our previous model.
