Instantly fell in LOVE!!
Fell in love with this on first use! First pass of that small hallway filled tank up to Max level, second pass filled it 1/3 as you see in the picture.You can also see that the agitator is indeed self cleaning. Amazing! All other vacuums get wrapped up in my cats hair and I have to stop every 3-5 minutes to clean the brush so the agitator bearings donât overheat and melt, which damages the housing fyi.I have 2 cats, a medium haired triple coat Persian, and a short haired tabby. Moved into a place with carpet and cleaning has been hell!My catâs hair kills all vacuums and Iâve resorted to raking my carpet with a silicone brush until my arms fall off.I worked in a vacuum repair shop for 11 years and this vacuum won me over, even over a Kirby!!Amazing suction, well made, and great quality. May be refurbished but feels new. I can smell the gear oil used when they refurbished it and I donât care one bit.I looked at other Shark vacuums and this one was perfect for my cleaning needs. Took a chance on refurbished but honestly, for the price it was worth it! Plus side is anything that could go wrong with this already has and has been fixed.Thank you Amazon, you gave me hours upon hours of my life back!

Amazing for dog hairs!
I bought this vacuum for my sonâs new house after seeing how much my daughter loves hers. She got up an entire canister of dog hairs when she got hers after she had just used a cordless vacuum designed more for hardwood floors. I vacuumed her house on Thanksgiving and was amazed with its performance; the only thing that felt odd was the swivel steering but she said you get used to it. I would highly recommend this pet friendly vacuum!!

Great value and saves the planet
I was a little nervous buying from a third-party off Amazon, but I really had no reason to save me so much money and it works amazingly for my needs. I have tile floors and low pile carpet with a blue heeler. This thing picked up more hair than my old vacuum could, even after I wouldâve swept mopped and carefully plucked out the hairs from the rug one by one it did what I couldnât do in hours just minutes.

Best vacuum ever!
This vacuum is “refurbished” but has no signs of previous use. It is simple to use and has the best suction. The first time I used it it picked up a lot of fine dirt that was left behind by my old vacuum. The price was excellent and so is the quality.
