This vacuum is damn good . It really gets uo that pet hair It’s pretty light and agile too I love that you don’t have to hassle with bags. I could not believe how much dust and pet hair it collected The brushes really help It’s quiet and easy to put together . I’ve been a fan of sharks since they were a made for tv type things They are consistently effective,in expensive and easy to use. They’ve come a long way since their humble beginning . The easily out do the mainstays like Hoover and Eureka which are typically junk and often cost much more Dyson is a costly trend that works great but can’t handle anything but light cleaning They die too soon for 409-600 bucks The shark may last a year with multiple pets,desert dust and kids but for less than 200 its a steal Well designed and always improving, sharks a winner I won’t waste my money on dirt devils or over priced fads againmy money anymore

Good value and works well
I like the Shark brand and bought this model after researching forever for an upright at a price point that didn’t break the bank. Got a Prime Day deal so super happy. Yes, it’s a little heavy but I don’t need to lift it or use the canister on it’s own a lot. I no longer have a pet so can’t address how well that works to pick up pet hair. But it does have powerful suction and it picked up a huge amount dust from my area rug that I didn’t know accumulated over a year! Also great on my laminate floors. I adjusted the suction collar so it moves back and forth more easily. Still takes some effort since I have weak shoulders. Doesn’t fall forward for me like some mentioned in reviews. My only complaints are: 1) it’s very time consuming to clean the canister because it’s hard to reach into all the crevices to get all the dust out, 2) you still have to cut hair out of the roller even though it said self cleaning roller, but the roller moves as you cut so it isn’t as tough to do vs. other vacuums we’ve had, 3) the cord gets in the way like others said but it doesn’t bother me too much to hold it as I go. Overall pleased with the quality for value.

This is one of the first product reviews I’ve ever made. I bought this vacuum cleaner Feb 2023 and it has not disappointed. Where do I start? I owen a small scale cleaning business. This machine has had a serious work load. I clean offices with large floor space. I’ve used every single function on this machine and I give it five stars for ease of use, durability, and weight. The dust collection receptacle is nice capacity. I love when I’m vacuuming stairs or my car, I can detatch the brush role base from the main part of the vacuum and then use the hose and attachments to get into hard to reach places. Very very practical! After a year of constant use on various offices and home spaces the brushes on the brush role have been worn down to their nubs. The base plate has been cracked on the edge from vacuuming over rolling mats in office spaces and we had to replace the plug on the cord several times because the plug got yanked too severely out of the wall. Not manufacturing issue. Shark makes it so easy to buy replacement parts off of Amazon. I’ve bought a new brush role, filters and cord off of Amazon for way cheeper than a new vacuum would cost. I did manage to find a new baseplate off of eBay forpretty cheap. All in all the vacuum is incredible for getting up dust and hair. I’ve never seen a vacuum get everything up like this one, and I would know with my cleaning business! Go with you instinct and buy it!

Unbelievable!
I purchased this shark to replace one I bought about 5 years ago. My rug and floor had just been vacuumed before I used this one for the first time. I could NOT believe the amount of dirt that filled the cup! It has great suction and picks up more than my other one ever did. It is a little hard to steer but in the long run worth that little issue. I also bought the replacement filters so that I can change them out. After the first vacuum, the filter was black so I know that this machine really works well. I vacuum almost every day due to a shedding dog, so I was just amazed at what this thing picked up!

One review said that the shark picked up a ton of dirt and debris on an area of their carpet that had been recently cleaned, and they were blown away at the power of the unit.I cleaned my whole house before using the shark and then was AMAZED and how much dust, dirt, and debris it still picked up out of my carpets. My floors feel so good on my bare feet.I work from home as a massage therapist so clean is very important to me and due to the amount of traffic in my place I vacuum daily.I still can’t belive how much junk the shark got out of my carpet! The unit works better than some brands that sell for thousands of $$, to find this at the price point it’s at was a dream!I blabbed about it on all my socials because I am so impressed with the quality of the shark and the results it gave me. I will never use another brand as long as shark maintains their quality.I’m still shocked I found this unit at this price point and on Amazon. This has made my tidy home actually clean.It’s a tad heavy compared to my previous vacuum but worth it, despite the slight weight increase it moves easily, love the longer cord, and love love love knowing all that dust and dirt isn’t sitting in my floors anymoreI hate carpet so much because they’re so gross, big dirt magnets but the shark makes that so much nicer because it actually gets all the dust and dirt up.My kids room! Omgoodness!! Again, I thought it was clean, I take his wellbeing very seriously, and with his asthma I vacuume in there often to reduce dust and debris. The AMOUNT of junk the shark got out of the carpet … ugh.. so glad I got this. I can’t recommend the shark more.It honestly works so well I might be able to vacuum less each week because now when I do spend the time to vacuum the floors are actually getting clean

Why would you ship an American Hoover to the UK knowing its not compatible. Waste of time and now I’m expected to pay the return costs. Not Happy
