Impressed!
I was replacing a 5 year old Shark Lift-Away XL UV550, which worked well until it didn’t. I replaced with something I thought was similar to be able to already know how to use it. It was simple to put together out of the box. Actually it was nicer than my old Shark. I used the Lift-Away on my stairs and it was a dream–unsure why I didn’t use that feature with my old vacuum on my stairs. I do wish it came with a Pet Power Brush, which my old one had .. even tho it broke, too. I see I can buy them on Amazon, or through Shark, tho. It is very powerful. I also purchased replacement filters as I know I’ll need them .. I wash mine almost every other use, and know it helps to put in new ones more often than not. The day mine broke, and I was lucky enough to buy it on pre-Black Friday half-off sale, so pleased at the price. Great vacuum!

Love my Shark vacuum!
I bought this vacuum 6-8 years ago and it still works like it did when we first got it. I love all the attachments that comes with it and itâs versatility! Itâs light weight and it has a powerful suction when vacuuming and when you use the handle with the attachments!! I also love that it has a filter that can be cleaned!! Which saves money and the hassle of having to keep purchasing new filters and hoping that this long after they still make those filters! It also has bight lights In front of the vacuum that helps me to notice lose change or other small metal/hard pieces that I may not have seen. There is nothing that I do not like about this vacuum!Well worth the buy!!

I have been using a different brand name vacuum that I would have to replace every 4-6 months. I do commercial janitorial jobs, therefore it does get more use than average. This shark vacuum is working out great, it is much lighter to carry around and pull in/out of my suv. The suction is way better than the previous brand and not as noisy, which is a blessing. My only complaint is the length of the cord is shorter than the other vacuum, I think itâs bc the cord is very stiff. Iâm going to straighten it out and leave in the sun to see if that helps. My hope is that it will last at least 12-18 months, if I get at least that, I will be happy considering my heavy use.

This puppy sucks in the best possible way
pros:-This puppy sucks dirt, pet hair, dust, spider webs, and anything else in the best possible way.-The swivel steering is a very different feel if this is your first swiveler. Being a swivel virgin I’ll have to get used to it. It does make approaching a spot from different angles easier.-It feels sturdily built. I worked up a sweat moving it around, unhooking the hand held tank and carrying that around. I liked that I could bring the above-floor wand with it so that I didn’t have to squat too much, but when I did the accessory wouldn’t lay flat to get the right suction, insert squatting again. Will have to look into other accessories. (later discovered the tool head can be swiveled, there’s that word again, to adjust, will have to see how easy that is next time I vacuum)-Did I mention that this thing really has great suction?-The low/floor suction setting is not so loud that my dog was bothered. When I used the high/carpet setting he was out the door.- The suction control slider made it easier to vacuum my bathroom throw matts. It worked especially well on the larger ones, not so well on the small one by the toilet. The vacuum still wanted to eat it. yum yum- The tubing is sturdy and tightly coiled. I hope it relaxes some as it does not give enough leeway while holding the detachable dust cup section.I’ll have to work theist cup emptying process out. Like most of these types of tools, when I emptied it a swirl of dust arose from the trash can. It did empty well though. I did not have to reach in and remove any pet hair clumps.- And last but not least, this vacuum got a lot of dust my old one couldn’t. I really like that. I hope it lasts.cons:-The cord really is a problem. I get it, with the lift off handle a permanent hook would not work. The little clamp hook by the top cord holder helps, but it still gets tangled. Another clamp hook on the back of the handle would solve this problem. As it is, I held it in the same hand as I held the handle in and it was a bit of a hassle each time I stopped to lift something or change accessories, but it worked. It will get old. I’ll figure something out but I would have gathered Shark designers do that.- The dust cup blocks the brush roll indicator light while operating the vacuum in an upright position. Needs better placement.- The accessory holder is useless. In the first room I vacuumed, one or the other of the accessories fell off 4 times before I just took them off and put them aside. Got to another room and needed them so had to go fetch them. Oh bother. Will I have to wear a tool belt for my accessories with this thing?- Will have to figure out a tool for under the bed. The whole upright does not fit and if I use the wand, the little accessory does not lie flat.For now I’ll use my swiffer style broom. There has to be a better solution.

Vacuum cleaner
Itâs a nice vacuum cleaner and it arrived the next day it was really EZ to assemble its a little on the heavy side for a vacuum itâs kind of hard for me to push but i will get used to it and I didnât like the accessories that it came with so I upgraded them i went and bought a power brush for it i had to call the manufacture to see if they had one that would fit my machine and they did have one that would fit thatâs a part that you canât buy on Amazon you have to buy it directly from the manufacturer but other than that i think itâs going to be a pretty good machine and it looks like it going to be very EZ to take care of as far as cleaning up the filters that it comes with you can also buy new filters for it but you can clean the filters that it came with to it all depends on how you want to clean yours Machine up

Tengo 2 años con el y no he tenido ningun problema con el funcionamento. Lo que si es que hay que darle el mantenimiento de limpieza a las esponjas para que no el motor no se apague. Es un producto bastante bueno!!!! Vale la pena pagarlo!

Producto muy recomendable. Potente, versatil y muy apto para limpieza general del hogar ! Una recomendacion para la compañia productora SHARK es : mejorar la forma de asegurar los accesorios para evitar el constante estorbo de ellos al estar aspirando. La solucion a esto como usuario es de sencillamente quitar dichos accesorios pero, lo practico es tenerlos siempre cercanos a uno !!
