Perfect for what itâs made for
I have three little dogs and two of them shed. Right in front of the the couch in the living room I have two rugs that catch a bunch of their hair.Itâs really cumbersome to drag out the full size corded vacuum, being that I need to do it multiple times a day. I just keep the Shark right by the couch. So easy. Also when a table needs attention, I just detach the roller head. Nothing is complicated. Then after a few days when the filter is full I use the hose on my big vacuum to clean it off.Itâs worth itâs weight in what ever you measure by.

Impossible to charge
Attempted to charge vacuum for three days. Vacuum would not hold a charge. Worked for about 15 seconds. Returned to vendor for refund. Shipping charge made it seem a double whammy.

I was happy when I saw the Shark vacuum but when I went to charge it up, I discovered it had a two flat pin plug in it.First, looking on-line, itâs advised in places not to convert this plug to the UK 3 prong plug with an adaptor.Second, I canât find an adaptor for it, NOT EVEN on Amazon! Amazon has several adaptors changing the UK plug to a 2 flat pin one, but I canât find anything for the other way around. Maybe thatâs because itâs not supposed to be done!Third, I re-read all the info about this vacuum on Amazon and it DOES NOT say anything about the plug, so I expected a normal UK plug.Fourth, I am returning it pronto.
