This is the third one of these I’ve own (over many many years). When I find I need a new one I always go to this model as it works so well. I love the attachment for rugs etc. Use at home and also in our travel trailer. Sturdy, lightweight, one finger operation, and attachments. What else do you need.

Hopefully the battery will last a long time.
When I received this unit, the battery compartment was open and the battery hanging out. I was a bit disappointed as I had to get a screwdriver, push the battery in, secure the bar that goes over the battery and screw the lid on. Right out of the box. Other than that, it works fine.

Defective Product
Shark hand-vac came with wrong charging adaptor. Right adaptor sent to me but unit will not charge and no charging light is on. Waiting for a replacement vacuum to arrive and plan echo return the defective one.,

I have a dog so this gets the hair off things my vacuum canât. Works well. Actually on my second one. They last a long time. Old one still worked I just wanted a new one.
